> 3 dayI swear by these cameras. We bought one camera and monitor when we had our first baby. We just bought a second camera for our other babies room. The monitor scan’s between the two camera. Easy plug and play. We’ve taken them on vacation with us. No need to be connected to wifi, no set up needed.

> 3 dayThis camera was perfect for our first kid! However, it’s not ideal for two kids. We bought the extra camera, and connecting to the monitor was very easy. The part that I don’t like is the “scan” feature which is supposed to go back and forth between the kids room and it does just that but not all the time. I’ll set it on scan when I put our kids to bed, and an hour later it will stop scanning and just stay on whichever room it was on. I found this out the hard way when I couldn’t hear my new baby crying cause the “scan” was stuck on my toddlers room. It will still say it’s in scan, but it’s not scanning. So before I go to bed I have to just put it on the babies room. Thankfully 99% of the time my toddler sleeps through the night. It’s annoying that it doesn’t scan all the time. If I would have know this I would of bought a split screen monitor system.

> 3 dayUPDATE! My love of this camera has slowly and steadily been going downhill. The original charger(which has now been redesigned to solve the issue) would fall out of the port and wouldn’t charge unless I plugged and propped it up with other items to get the perfect angle. I did receive a new parent screen and the updated charger at no cost but it was a pain to be without any monitor for 3-5 days when kids are on another floor. They couldn’t mail it until they received mine. My newest issue is battery life. It would be plugged in and just shut off! I ordered a new battery, followed all of the at home fixes and it is still happening. Seems the problem is when I have it flipping from one of room to another it can’t keep up and just shuts down. If I keep it on only one room all night it stays on. So what’s the purpose of that feature and being able to have up to four cameras? Also, the night vision used to be excellent but now only works in one room, it’s super grainy in the other room to the point that I’m just using it for sound not video. I was so hopeful in this product and sold so many friends on it I’m embarrassed. I am way too invested financially to switch now so we are just riding it out. I now have a 4.5 and 2.5 year old that share a room(night vision doesn’t work in there daytime is great but I don’t need it for daytime) and an 8 month old in his own room but I have to just listen for his cry since I can’t toggle at night. Blah! I researched SO many cameras. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this and love that you can link up to 4. They have been perfect for our 2 1/2 yr old and 7 1/2 mo old!

> 3 dayLove this camera. The “zoom” it further out than our last, the Motorola. Which I love. Our old one was way too zoomed in, even at the furthest setting. I thought the wide angle was included with the new set. but it’s not. Thought we may need it but the regular one works fine. We’re able to see the kids whole bed. Looks like you can add up to 4 camera! That’s cool. I’ll be getting a 3rd

> 3 dayWe have used InfantOptics cameras for a few years now and love them. The second camera is easy to pair and we like only having one monitor screen. We have had a few issues with the battery life on the monitor and customer service was able to walk me though how to reset it and now it works perfectly again! We also had some nightvision fading with our first camera and customer service was able to replace that camera for free. They are incredibly helpful if there are any issues. These products have stood up well and are a great value! Theyre also easy to travel with if you need to- we pack our camera and monitor on vacation with us and theyre easy to set up in a new location as well.

07-04-2025I would highly recommend this product to any of my friends and family. The camera and monitor is extremely easy to install and very user friendly. I just recently added an additional camera and it was very simple to set up. Their customer service is also exceptional and very efficient! I needed a new charger cable for my second camera and got a replacement within a few days. I was blown away with how easy they made it to contact them and resolve my issue. I highly recommend this baby monitor.

Greater than one weekI have had several different brands of baby monitors in the past 4 years and this one is by far my favorite. It has all of the abilities that are important to me in a bay monitor...pan-tilt-zoom, the ability to toggle between several rooms, temperature gauge, the ability to be speak from the parent unit to the camera, great battery life etc. I had this unit for a little over a year when the power button stopped working. I called Infant Optics and they went through the troubleshooting process with me and determined that it needed to be replaced. I was technically a month out out of the warranty, but the customer service representative who helped me with this case was kind enough to replace it for free anyways. She was even able to get me expedited 2-day shipping (worth about $10) for free and I got my replacement unit extremely quickly, which is important when you want to be able to see and hear your children. I have honestly never had a better experience with customer service from any company before. The woman I spoke to truly went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I can say without any hesitation that I would highly recommend this product and this company!

> 3 dayI bought this add on camera to go with my monitor that I was already using for my daughter, and this camera did not have the same picture quality as the one that came with the monitor. We tried to move it to different places all over the room, and nothing was helping the picture quality. It was very blurry and very pixilated. I contacted customer service, and I had to provide them with my proof of our purchase and a picture of the serial number of the camera, and send it back, and they are currently sending me a new camera. They even upgraded the shipping to two day shipping for me instead of having me wait the normal 5-7 business days. It was very easy to contact customer service and the representative that helped me couldn’t have been nicer. I hope this new camera will work better than the one I am sending back!

> 3 dayWe have two cameras and one monitor. Weve been using them for about two months. Pros: - You can remotely move the camera. Great especially for toddlers who move around. Also you can mount the camera once and never have to touch it again, its always in the right place! - Good sound and picture quality. (Note there is no white noise deduction, though this doesnt bother me as much as I thought it would.) - Battery and transmission distance good. Although it seems like the battery will go from four bars to one really fast, it lasts for a while. - When you talk through the monitor the sound is clear. - You can zoom remotely. - Works well with multiple cameras, although no split screen you can set it to scan (switch views every 10 seconds). - Eady to use and great customer service! Cons: - There is no charging dock. Therefore it is easily to bend/damage the charging cable. Youll have to buy another. Also the plug is on the left side so depending which way you set it the cable can get in the way. - The low battery/no signal beep is annoyingly loud and you cant adjust it. There is no loud noise alert beep you just have to listen for crying. - The wide angle lens is great for viewing the entire room but the night vision quality with this lens is pretty bad. Night vision is fine with the other lenses.

Greater than one weekI have had this monitor since my first child, 3years ago, and absolutely love it! The quality is the best I’ve seen of all my friends different brand monitors. The picture quality and sound is amazing. I love the ease of camera add on and how it scans my kids rooms. Customer service has always been extremely helpful when needing assistance! I would absolutely buy again and recommend to all new moms!
