The product works just fine. I hook it up to my Alexa around the house. The only problem is with Kasa trying to change your email in the account poorly designed app for that but the product works great.

Once you have the Kasa app, it’s easy to add more devices. I find the interface works better than the WEMO system does. I have two cameras outside and the smart plugs inside and I’m able to go schedule or manually turn them on and off with ease.

Easy enough to setup through the Kasa app. They just work! You can choose whether the ring of light around the built in power button stays on or not.

I have a 1/2 dozen of these. They are great.

These were really easy to set up and work great! Even my Amazon echo dots detected them and connected easily. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is that you cant schedule a group of outlets in the app. You have to schedule each outlet individually within the group... annoying and somewhat defeats the purpose of having a group.

Iv been using Kasa plugs and power strips and switches for a few years now. They work as expected. Ive only had one bad plug out of over a dozen. I settled on Kasa because TP-link has a history of supporting their products, and indeed, these products continually receive firmware updates, and their Kasa app also receives improvements. In fact, I just received a completely new app update that adds new features which I am only just exploring. You wont get that with your typical cheaper smart plug. I set schedules for these (and base them on sunset and sunrise) through the app. Integrates with Google Assistant and Google Blocks. I have Google Routines for bedtime that turn off all the lights but my beside light, and other Google Routines for my morning. Ive standardized on Kasa and so far (after 4 years) Im glad I did. Recommended.

3 working units for a couple months now. No hardware issues, or problems connecting them to network and existing hub. Issue is the iOS apps user interface. Not intuitive and poor layout. Takes way too long to setup a schedule.

I have 15 of this company’s products in my house. Three of them are of this type. They were easy to set up they work well. Some of them I’ve had for four or five years still working flawlessly highly recommend customer service is great if you need them, which I only did it once and setting up 15 items.

Works good to turn lights or anything to turn on or off by voice through Alexa.
