This works, but I found that for the price, the quality could have been better. I ended up returning it and went to the store to buy a good old Stanely tape measure. But this would definitely work for most people in a pinch. Or who doesnt want to go to the store to purchase a tape measure.

great tape measure. Purchased it for tabletop miniature gaming and it is light and the locking feature works really well. Have used it for some carpentry also and its durable enough for that purpose. Would buy again.

The auto lock feature is genius.

What makes this basic tape measure stand out is the self locking feature. Pull the tape out and it stays there until you choose to retract it. This is essential for people who are measuring longer distances by themselves. Otherwise, the tape measure is your basic model. I like the green color as well. This was a great value and I would definitely buy it again.

Love the locking feature. Didn’t realize until I went to use it that there are no numbers for the centimeter markings. The markings are there to indicate each of them, but there are no numbers so it’s a bit less efficient to use.
