Lake Country Dual-Action Backing Plate, Flexible Plate with Hook-and-Loop Fastener, 3 Inch, Black and Yellow with Inner Steel Construction

Bought this for a HF Bauer Polisher that came with a backing pad that wobbles due to center stud not being perpendicular to the pad, this one came in exactly the same. The Bauer actually seems better. Waste of money, I’ll use the slightly less crappy one that came with the harbor freight polisher.

Item pictured is not what is being sold or delivered. Item lacks backing plate, washer or 5/16 inch threaded polisher mounting stud. Complete waste of time. Thank God for Amazons return policy. This item and seller should be removed ASAP.

Easy to attach and works with the polishing pads

The idem shipped is not what is pictured. There is no adapter to screw on to the polisher. Totally worthless with out adapter

Didnt like it. Wobbles bad tried to use it but got Annoying. A company well know as lake country and their products should have better quality control on their products. Now i need to wait for a replacement hopefully the new one doesnt wobble

The backing on this one is way to stiff. I dont understand why they changed that. They used to be softer then this. Seriously, i can barely take it and bend it with my hand... I really only see this being good for wet sanding or extreme cutting circumstances. If youre a weekend warrior, i seriously suggest you dont use this one at all!! If youre not careful you could cause some serious paint damage. Also, make sure that you understand these people are screwing you on shipping.. I ordered on my phone and for some reason it checked 1-3 business days which was $26!!!!! Of course it took at least 3 days still to get to my house, So I basically got extra screwed on that one. They may have suckered me on this one but they lost a customer in return... Just be careful with this product and autogeek company

I like the fact this is constructed with durability in mind. The slight heavier weight also maintains the rpm more consistently. I use this for general purpose applications and polishing pads
