LEGO DC Batman 1989 Batmobile 76139 Building Kit (3,306 Pieces)

Fun project for stress release after hard day at work

It is the worst lego model I had ever to deal with. Too fragile. Things do not hold together and around bag#20 the model just starts to fall apart. It is not my first or even 20th Lego model, so my sampling is valid. Lego dropped a ball on this one.

A must have for all Batman fans. Beautiful! I just wish the Batman minifigure was bigger o that it fit the Batmobile.

I havent played with LEGOs for over 2 decades. As I started expanding my Batman collection, I decided to get this Batmobile. It was so much fun! It was really surprising to realize how relaxing it was to do this project. Total build time for me was 13 hours. Highly recommend for any Batman and/or LEGO fans.

Got this as a birthday gift from my friends, apart from their obvious generosity, nothing can top this recreation of the iconic batmobile. The part count per dollar is great , the theme is great , the figures are necessary but are great , and the build itself is near perfect. If you are on the fence about this and have the money for it, I highly recommend purchasing as not only do you get an amazing build but a satisfying building process, the design team really outdid themselves.

When I got this I was a little hesitant. Ive scene the 1989 film multiple times so every detail of this Batmobile is ingrained in my memory. This certainly delivers. I think the best feature is that they actually managed to find a way to incorporate the panels popping off and the machine guns coming up. Its awesome. One complaint at least for my kit is the steering wheel seems to dift to the left a bit. Youd only notice if you were looking for it. Definitely recommend if you like the 1989 movie.

As a collector this was not in good shape and the box was damaged along with replacement. This is a good set but the shipping is very bad, I can not recommend buying this set based on the poor shipping

I’m pretty disappointed with the packaging. At first glance the back looked great but once I removed it from the amazon box & turned it around to view the front, my smile immediately dropped. Because this is a Christmas gift, I would’ve liked it to be better presented with a nicer box. Will update after Christmas once it’s opened and I can see if everything inside is completed at least.

Not a complicated build but it’s very large, it’s longer then the Bugatti I have. If your a Batman fan I really recommend this set before it’s discontinued.
