Buenos acabados, buen funcionamiento, todas carecteristicas concuerdan con lo publicado, llegó en menos tiempo del pactado.

Camera did not work. Useless. Purchased it for zoom meetings. Could not adjust contrast. Picture was below quality. Basically I was totally unsatisfied and returned the laptop. Don’t waste your money.

It nice

Ive only had this laptop about 2 1/2 weeks. I use it daily for about 4 hours, let it charge for 3-4 hours, then use it again until the battery wears down. It looks like the battery is draining fast, but it really does last about 4 hours. The screen is often too bright so I use the nightlight setting to keep from getting headaches. The charger has a HUGE block on the end, so it takes up a chunk of room in the power strip. Overall, its been perfect for what I need. I wouldnt recommend it for heavier use like photoshop, but if you only plan to use the internet and Microsoft Office, then its great.

The computer is not bad

The computer is good for the most part. However, be aware that if your apps crash, amazon and Lenovo will not be able to help you. It apparently has to do with the RAM. Have a huge issue of the apps crashing almost every day. So if you can, try to get something over 8 GB RAM. Also, not compatible with a RAM disk. Not very satisfied with this one amazon or Lenovo. Make to save your work a lot since it’s likely to crash at any moment without warning.
