Decent laptop.

What a horrible laptop. 2 months in the USB ports stop working consistently, the webcam fails to connect, and then it stops turning off properly and some days not turning on AT ALL! I’ve already sent it in TWICE to Lenovo to get it serviced and out of the 6 months I’ve owned it a good 2 months have been spent having it mailed back and forth through their extremely slow servicing and repair department. Never buying a Lenovo again, the price really IS too good to be true!!

The pc is okay a little low on memory but fast enough for most things. The screen okay but not the best. The battery is horrible, if you used 3d cells it would last just as long. 1 1/2-3 hours max. Better off calling it a desktop. Would not buy another would get a desktop model instead.

I bought this computer as my sons first computer. he is into gaming and loves it. however the power supply stopped working around 6 months after purchase.

I hate all the ads, I hate when i hit the x box it does nothing, and i hate windows 10. My lenovo refurbsed i bout before was far superier than this so called new one, never again!

Im really disappointed with the screen/picture quality of this laptop. Everything is very washed out so watching a video would really suck, and its even inadequate for ZOOM meetings, which is the main reason I bought it.

No issues for a year now, laptop works well and its good for budget price and school work. Love the back-lit keyboard!

I would recommend do a bit more research before you dive in.
