I dont know how this item got through QC, because the display was miserable. It wouldnt fill the screen so you have this Letter Box look wasting 2 inches of a 14 inch screen. Fortunately, I MIDI to a 40 flat screen which due to cataracts, my nose is pretty close to THAT screen. Other issues were tiles for allegedly installed programs that did nothing when you clicked on them. It would make a great display on a toy computer for a 5 year old.

Great little laptop for a student. Bought for my son, and he loves it. No problem connecting to various school education programs they use. Use it for beginner programming in java and Roblox.

This Laptop was well priced and easy to select. All the information on the page was spot on with what was needed. Its light weight, AMD processor and AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics are ideal for the Graphics design student user.

This is a fine laptop. I have no complaints related to the performance or operation. My only comment (my own fault) is its too small. The screen is small and the keyboard is small, I wish I got a standard size laptop. I cant think of any benefit to having this slightly smaller laptop.

We have had troubles with this laptop ever since purchasing it. We have sent it in for repair a total of three times over the past 2 years due to a variety of issues including problems charging it, recurrent random shut down, and internal microphone not working. Lenovo‘s customer support has been very challenging to work with. Would not recommend.

Bought this in August for my 5th grader to do online schooling, instead of a Chromebook we paid more for this so she could do Minecraft java as well. She has had this for 3 months and it is super glitchy, it powers itself down at 29%, it wont charge fully. She needs to be plugged in to work on it for a few hours. Thanks to supply and demand we paid $500 for this and I am really disappointed. We cannot afford for her to send it back and go without it for a few days because she will be marked absent from school.

I bought this two months ago and it worked fine, didn’t really use it for much until my girlfriend started playing Minecraft on it. It now freezes and BODs constantly with a lot of screen artifacting. Big sad
