This is a Great Laptop, I can not find one reason not to purchase a Lenovo Ideapad

I was looking for a reasonably priced laptop with decent CPU speed, 1920/1080 screen resolution, Windows 10 Home edition, good looks, solid feel. Debated between 15 and 14 screen and decided against 15 because I do not need the number keys on the right of the keyboard and the extra weight that comes with the larger laptop. Windows 10 S was a non-starter because it limits the apps to the Microsoft store only. Windows Home edition requires 8 GB of RAM for optimal performance. As of January20, the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 was the best option for me.

After less than a month, the computer stopped working. When I called, they asked me to hold the power button, and since that did not resolve the issue I now have two wait for up to, two days for someone else to call me back. Thank goodness, I apparently, do not truly need a computer for distance teaching or my sons distance learning. They seem to not care about the customers after they get your money.

The laptop is great and light weight! I really enjoy using it for daily tasks. I watch tv from my laptop and enjoy using this laptop to do so!

Im very disappointed with this purchase. I bought this 3 months ago and the return window with Amazon has passed. Im currently outside of the US, the manufacturer wouldnt send me an international return label, I tried to purchase international warranty but it was not available for Ideapads. So 3 months after this purchase the screen just stops working, I cant return the laptop and I cant use my warranty nor can I purchase better warranty. This is the last Lenovo I buy.

Purchased for my mom. Its a but over powered for her needs but quick startup and very responsive works for her needs.
