Metal Gear Solid HD Collection

This brings back all the glory of the ps2 metal gear experience to the ps3 making it look better (slightly) nothing to amazing but noticeable. Its all about the game play with these and each give its own unique experience. The replayability on all 3 titles included are very high and you can lose hours playing peace walker online and off the missions seem almost endless. And mgs3 includes metal gear and metal gear solid snake. Its great for a metal gear fan and for someone wanting to get into metal gear I recommend getting mgs if you havent played it yet.

awsome collection for metal gear solid series, has trophies for those who like that and gives us two classics (mgs2 and my personal favorite mgs3). For those who do not have a psp, we now have the opportunity to play this awesome inclusion in the series known as peacewalker.

MGS1, 2, & 3 are some of my all time favorite games. Its a shame that the first title is not included here (I feel like Foxhound has yet to be outdone), but this remastered set does fine justice to the other two. The adventures of Solid and friends remain enjoyable, and hiding beneath a cardboard box will probably always be hilarious, no matter how old I get.

Not a huge fan of Peace Walker or Sons of Liberty, but I love Snake Eater. It is the sole reason I got the Collection. However, while I was playing around in the menus, I found that this game also has the first two original 8-bit Metal Gear titles for the Atari; I forget their names, but they were pretty fun too and in some ways a lot more challenging than the newer titles.

Must have for metal gear fans. Its all the metal gear games you love in HD except for Metal Gear Solid Snake. But its still great. Play the classics on a better more advanced consoles. Couldnt ask for more!

So, after years, they revamped the Metal Gear Franchise for current generation systems. I absolutely loved these games before they did this, but its a plus they added a little bit more detail to it. Really, its hard to tell at times, since on the ps2, these games looked beautiful, and still do if you pop them into a ps2. But I think for any real MGS fan, its awesome we finally get to have trophies to show off how much of the game we did to everyone. Some of the trophies...will take forever and real passion. So if youre a trophy whore, dont be stunned if this is one of the harder trophies hunts you get into. If they had included MGS1, I would of given this a 5/5 but really, there wouldnt of been any change in graphics so I can understand why they didnt re-release it.

Did not get the disc I just got an empty case I am really upset about that. I will be returning this
