What can I say? 3-5 of the best games in the decade if not history with improved graphics and trophies all that for 49.99, how does that sound? sounds like win,right? Well, it is. Sure it doesnt include the never aging classic that is Metal Gear Solid(1), but it includes almost every other game from this awesome franchise (excluding MGS ops, MGS4, The game boy color game,etc.) I myself am loving this collection to the fullest, already have passed MGS2 and im leaving Peace Walker for last cause I havent ever played it yet.

I have a love/hate or excited/bored relationship with the MGS series.

Metal Gear Solid is a classic series that warrants playing. The story of Raiden, Snake, and Snake have to be experienced. This is one of the best ways to play MGS 2 and 3.

Same old games as always. Most of the reason I bought this was to get Peace Walker on my PS3 instead of the tiny PSP. Controls are much better and the game runs great, lots of fun. Snake Eater is also good. MGS2 though seems to have aged VERY BADLY to me. Its not the fault of this collection or anything, it just seems terrible now since I have played Peace Walker and MGS4 recently. This is shocking to me, I remember when the PS2 was new and that game was really hot stuff to me, I am just shocked how poorly it has aged in every way from controls to graphics and everything in-between. Im not removing any stars because of how badly MGS2 aged, just stating dont dive in on this collection just for MGS2, it might shock you out of those good fuzzy and warm memories of that game.

Fantastic product. I was looking everywhere for it for a reasonable/affordable price and it was finally on amazon over thanksgiving for just 30 bucks. I bought it and it got to me super quick. Awesome choice for a PS3 w/o backwards compatibility, and the HD graphics are not too shabby.

Huge Metal Gear fan so yes this is well worth it. Didnt have the money to get the bigger collections as I already have 1. Get it. You wont regret it.
