I recommend this product. It is made of high quality.

This product does everything it claims to do. It was very easy to install, and program. But you must follow the directions to the T, if you forget to push the program button as directed, it will not set the code(s). Just wish there was an intercom feature with it.

This will not work with pre-2008 transmitters. I had to buy a new receiver that has a learn feature. The programming is great and you can set codes to expire in a few days. One down side is it only allows 4 digit codes, but Ive found that if you tell people an extra digit they tend to be able to use it easier. The first button pressed turns it on so the opening code can then be entered, secondly the keys need to be pressed firmly. Im using it wirelessly and have about 100 ft with direct line of sight and it works 80% of the time. I would buy another if they were less expensive just to eliminate the old square one thats still working but will wait until it dies.

You can not change what frequency it uses. Our other keypads look the exact same on the outside but when you open it up to put the batteries in there is no way to set the slides. So it will open my neighbors gate but cant set it to open mine.

So far so good! Purchased (2) of these for my driveway gate. Both are paired to the gate wireless(ly) and are working as intended. One is located within 10 of the gate and the other is about 200 away on my back porch so I can open the gate from a distance if someone comes by I want to let in but dont feel the need to share the entry code with. Seems to have good range and work properly... Just want to see how they hold up being outside in the elements over time... So far happy with purchase and would buy again if needed.

Like everything. Installed to let gas people and others by choice to be able to service in case Im not home. Not for general public use.
