Mighty Mule Wireless Digital Keypad (FM137)

I constantly have to tell friends and relatives that they must press the buttons with, Fortitude and purpose. Its a never-ending battle of guests not being able to enter. Eventually, they yank on the gate, causing the gate opener to be out of alignment. I feel like Im babysitting. I have to watch the tiny blinking light to figure out if the code was enter in correctly. HINT: If you see a doubling blink at the end of your entry, then it worked!

Purchased as replacement for our old keypad. Works great, we used as wired in.

Works every time, so simple to program and re-program. I have one for entry and one for exit. Easy to steal, however, if you know how it fastens to its mooring. Edit on June 25, 2013: Ants got in. Batteries corroded and connection in unit is not firm. Causes it to intermittently fail. New batteries seemed to fix it for now. I sprayed insecticide on the enclosure, let it dryt, then mounted it again. No way that I can see to firm up the battery connection mounts. Its working for now.

This worked just like it said it would. Took 2 minutes to setup. Works perfectly with my Mighty Mule gate. Make is very convenient for visitors.

Once I followed the directions, I had no problems. It was a bit of a pain installing the batteries. One has to unscrew the battery case rather than pop the cap like on a computer mouse.

We bought several component for our Mighty Mule gate. it is great to be able to enter 25 numbers for our family and friends. I love the battery option sense we dont have power at our gate.
