> 3 dayI was very excited for it but had to return it for a surge protector. The Bluetooth surge protector was more expensive, but I needed to make sure all my items were grounded. Maybe it would be best for small items but not something you’d want to possibly lose like a cell phone.

> 3 dayHave a half dozen or so of the single smart outlets and needed one that had more than one outlet so gave this one a try. The additional USB ports are handy too. So far with a year or so of daily use it works great for switching on several lighting devices at certain times. I also like that only half of the 6 outlets are controlled so you can have 3 other things plugged in that dont lose power with the button that is on the unit. Well thought out.

> 3 dayRIP. 1/10/22 to 4/18/22 Way too young to die! 2nd unit failed today. 4/18/2022 to 7/23/2022 3 month life span THE GOOD Purchased 1/10/22 and set it up in my bedroom to control bedside light and iPad and iPhone chargers. They were plugged into the smart switch side. The always on side I plugged my Alexa studio and Alexa sub. Worked great. I was able to have Alexa turn lights on and off and same with chargers. I also programmed plug so chargers were off when I wasn’t home for safety. I like this so much I bought a 2nd unit couple days later. The App and Alexa is very easy to use and set up. THE BAD Came home today and could not control anything on smart switch side and always on side was working. Went to app and it read offline. Nothing I did would get it to respond. I then tried to reset device. Could not get button to light. Unplugging and replugging after a minute time that did not work. Opened box of other unit I purchased. Renamed switch and app found it and I am back up and running. I will update this review in 3-4 months and see if 2nd plug lasts any longer.

> 3 daythese are awesome once you figure out how to connect. I had to use the AP mode and use the smart life wifi. took me a day or two to figure this out, but once I did they connected and work perfectly! I wasted a lot of time making sure my 5g would work with this since it says 2.4G but if you have verizon home internet 2.4G works with the 5G. and dont need to worry bout this at all.

Greater than one weekI bought this to control lights for my bearded dragons. It was fairly easy to setup and worked well for a few months. Then out of the blue, one day it didnt turn on as scheduled. I checked the app, it was correct. Manually pressing the on/off button did nothing, so I couldnt even operate it manually. I performed a factory reset, still nothing. I unplugged it, let it sit for a few minutes, plugged it back in and it started working again. Frustrating, but I thought it might have been due to a power surge or something. A few months later it did the same thing. I unplugged, plugged back in, started working. This has happened several times now. Its frustrating because you never know when its going to just decide not to work.

> 3 dayThis device plugs into the wall outlet via one normal plug and a blank plastic plug at the bottom to stabilize the device. It could use power from the second outlet or just use this as a pass through. Instead they give you three wifi switchable outlets and three non switchable (always on) outlets. All supplied by one outlet. The device can use better lighting around the power button. It was hard to see the pairing light but I was able to pair it after turning the lights in the room off to make sure I was in the right pairing mode. Minus these two hiccups (personal opinions) the device after a few months of almost daily use the smart outlet still works as stated and has never failed to operate within its stated parameters. Just dont plug in a high powered receiver as I did (forgot the wattage rating) which caused brown outs as soon as the bass hit hard at a very high volume. Which was to be expected when operating as not intended by the manufacturer.
