> 3 dayOnly works on 2.4 GHZ signal. but only takes a few minutes to pair. Can be used stand alone through the app or paired in through Alexa or Google for voice commands and integration. 3 smart and 3 hot plugs along with multiple USB ports makes for an ideal set up in an office or bedroom. The only draw back is that you have to remember to update its app or it will stop working. Overall a pretty solid piece of tech though

> 3 dayDidnt care for being forced to sign up for yet another account to enable the app. Product has been up to expectations though.

> 3 dayBarely fits on the wall because of white plastic thing. Its very annoying and makes me feel anxiety if the outlet gets on fire

> 3 dayI use this for it’s intended purposes and like it, however, there is one thing that that I don’t like about it. If you have the standard double outlet, it covers both plug ins. I wish they had designed this a little bit differently, but I suppose they made it this way to account for the USB plug ins on the top. Nevertheless, it’s something to keep in mind when deciding to purchase.

> 3 dayReceived on 7/8/22 and was working great, then yesterday (9/17/22) my lights didnt come on at their scheduled time. Turns out the Smart in this Smart Plug Outlet no longer works. I have had many different types of smart devices, so I know how to reset them to get them working again. However, when I try to make the device discoverable again, by pressing and holding the power button, nothing happens. The light for the power button is completely off, and absolutely will NOT work anymore, as a smart device. Additionally since it apparently died while the program had the smart plugs off, only the 3 always on plugs will work, cant even use the other 3 smart plugs. Even the 3 USB plugs are smart so they dont work anymore either. So I paid $15.40 for a wall plug outlet, that now only has 3 good working plugs!!! Ive had other smart outlets die on me, but that is usually after a couple years, not a couple months. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy this Smart Plug Outlet, avoid it like the plague!!!

Greater than one weekSo we are not very tech savey but I really like the smart home products we have so far and I wanted to try this out. My husband was able to figure it out pretty quickly and I love being able to use my phone to turn on and off lights and kitchen items. He has not worked on how to use the voice option yet but I really hope he dies that soon. I would recommend this item.

> 3 dayIt is a nice plug extender just be aware you need a grounded outlet where you want to put it. I didnt think of that so I had to upgrade that outlet where I was putting it. That will cost a little bit if you are not an electrician. Unfortunately, the unit keeps dropping off the network and going offline. It is practically right next to my router with only a piece of drywall between so its not a signal problem. when it is online it does work well with Alexa.but it goes offline on the daily.

> 3 dayI purchased this unit to be installed in our TV nich. This way I could remotely power on/off outlets as the regular plug is behind the tv and shelving system. Whenever I need to power down an item I can... The only downside at least for me is, it only seems to have remote/smart abilities on half the unit. I am fortunate enough that I dont need all of the outlets to be smart.

> 3 dayThe main power-on light ring on both of these units didnt work. There just doesnt seem to be any quality control. I am returning both of them and getting another brand. This is a shame, as the advertised capabilities of this unit was attractive.
