Not cheap quality. Accurate within .002 sturdy get value

I had never actually used one before nor had I ever even seen one used but am quite impressed how repeatable the accuracy is. Im sure there are better units I could buy but I dont see why.

I bought this edge finder for use in my home/hobby shop and am very happy with it. Ive used it in a collet in a Bridgeport-style knee mill and found it to run true with a very crisp break when touching an edge. Having a smaller 3/8 shank will allow me to use it in the CNC router table as well. One thing I would note, with its small diamerter, the end doesnt kick out quite as far as a 1/2 shank tool, so if vision is a problem, a 1/2 shank might be the way to go.

I havent used this a whole lot but it works great when needed.

This item works like it should Im not sure how long it will last. But as of now Im happy with it. Just wish I would have looked closer I need one that comes to a point

Accurate and repeatable

not very sensitove, looks like the real thing, just not the same in operation, buy one better.

I dont know who makes this as it has no markings on it. But it does work very well for edge finding on my bridgeport.

My last mitutoyo edge finder lasted 15 years would still be using if a newbie wouldnt have ran into part and broke it.

Insane value. Quality edge finders, cheap. I use them in the shop and havent had an issue.
