> 3 dayThe most important question, will it be used. Yes. All the time. So one time Dad falls half way from garage to house. I am helping up, but he reaches for the bar to help himself too. Self esteem restored.

31-03-2025Since when does an item have only a 30 day return policy? I bought this item and many more for a total kitchen and two bathroom upgrades. The master bathroom was the last upgrade and they finished only one week ago just for Christmas. I decided not to install the grab bar. I have bought many items from Amazon over the years and this is the only time I am not able to return an item. Maybe from now on I will shop some where else.

> 3 dayFirst off this item was not free for testing and I pay hard earned money just like YOU. So lets begin, The picture does not help, I took a chance hoping it would match the rest of the Brushed Nickle in my new home. Didnt like screwing things on my walls but. being a disabled vet I needed the stability getting out of the shower. I can say I was very happy with the quality of the finish and this bar is very strong, there are 5 different mounting holes on each end and I was able to use 4 so it will not be coming off unexpectedly. I would recommend to friends and family.

> 3 dayGrab bar looks good and is sturdy. Bar comes with six 2 long screws and instructions recommend using a 1/8 drill bit for pilot holes. I did that initially and it was almost impossible for me to drive these long screws the final 1/2 or so into ~20 year old pine studs. I do recommend the product, but I also recommend EITHER using a 9/64 drill bit for the pilot holes OR buying 1-1/2 or shorter replacement screws from your favorite hardware store.
