i bought these to try to erase a nasty crackly hum coming from my Focusrite 4i4 3rd gen interface (to my iMac mid 2011 ) going to my near field studio monitors ...these nice heavy quality cables not only completely erased my noise problem but they really improved the sound depth and quality not to mention more gain wow im buying more of these for sure......great price great quality!

This is a well built cable. Both ends are heavy duty and built to last. Ive never bought a monoprice cable that wasnt good quality.

The cables seem stout and well put together. They worked exactly as Id hoped.

I wanted to use these cables for my acoustic/electric guitar. They are a little short for that appicaton (my fault though). They seem to be built well but Id say in comparison to other cables Ive used for my applicaiton, the sound is average. These will work in many applications and might be satisfactory to most. If you are a performing musician, you would do better to look at higher quality cables for best sound quality and lowest noise.

Using this for the stereo ins/outs on a 2i2, no hums hiss just clean signal, original silver not so much. Built like a tank, can use headphones/speakers at same time due to being able to actually utilize the back panel of my audio interface after dealing with a 3.5mm for a year :)

These work excellent with the native instuments audio interface 2, and the JBL 305P MKII studio monitors.
