Ok so the saying is you get what you pay for, right? Well in this case you get that and so much more! I am quite impressed with the quality of the steel in this knife. The Scandinavian grind is easy to get shaving sharp and pretty decent at holding an edge during use. Knife can carve some wood objects and still maintain a keen edge. The handle may feel rather inadequate or cheap, but I have to say no complaints. Ive done some light batoning with this knife and no issues noted. It may not handle severe abuse, but that isnt what this knife is designed for. The sheath may seem lacking, but the knife stays secure even when wet.

Its a Mora. Thats about as close you can come to the BEST knife for the least money.

Its exactly what all the other reviews praise. Cant beat it. A must have. I will be buying a couple more just to give to friends.

good over all purpose knife

I bought this knife for boating so I went with the inox version. Very satisfied with both the edge and the ergonomics. Great value for money.

Cheap, fairly well made trading material. After all, a knife is just a tool, not a fetish. I have a $2,000 knife I keep in the safe; never use it. So, in a way, these are much better (that is, useful) tools.

I got this to supplement my field dress kit; I needed to get deeper starting at the bung, and my buck knife isn’t well suited to that (though otherwise it’s great). Wanted a razor sharp, slightly longer thinner blade, and this fits the bill perfectly. Can’t speak to durability, just used it once, but it did everything I wanted it to.

I own several of these knives and I love them. They are an amazing tool for the price point. This orange is very bright and easy to find if dropped in the woods or anywhere. For my budget, this knife has to do everything and it really does. I dont go hiking or exploring in the wilderness without it along with my other essential gear.
