> 24 hourI honestly cant imagine an easier installation for a wall-mounted TV. I was a little concerned that mounting a 55-inch TV, when the specs listed 55 as the maximum size, would be pushing the outer boundaries of what this mount can hold, but just taking it out of the box quickly put those concerns to rest. This thing is built like a tank, rated for a load of 99 lbs., and can easily handle my new 37-lb. Vizio flatscreen. It comes completely assembled, and all you have to do is attach the unit to the wall and your TV. Installation went much quicker than I have experienced with other mounts in the past...honestly, the most difficult step was locating the studs in my old plaster walls, but once I did, I had the TV mounted in minutes. It comes with every conceivable size of mounting screw you could ever need plus a wide variety of spacers, washers, and other adaptive hardware (most of which you will throw away). You dont even need to own a level, as they also include a cute tiny one that I kept simply because it fits into my tool belt. The only tools youll need are a cordless drill, a few screw drivers, and a 1/2-inch socket wrench. I am very impressed with this product.

> 24 hourTook me about 90 minutes, but I wanted to be absolutely sure about stud location behind my drywall. I used the knuckle method to find the general locations of the studs and marked them with a pencil. Then I used my stud-finder, which worked great, to find the exact location of the studs and marked the centers. I measured up from the floor 54 (48 to the TVs middle point is recommended when seated on a couch, but I lie down to watch the tube) and made a mark at the center of each stud. I connected each mark with a 2 level and drew a straight line. I aligned the template to the horizontal line and the cross-hatched circles on the template to marks centered on the studs. The holes lined up perfectly for my 16 on center studs. I checked the studs location with an ice pick, then drilled 4 7/32 holes, screwed in the lag bolts half-way to ensure I really hit studs, and then unscrewed them and then mounted the bracket, testing it to make sure it was solid; it is. I found the correct screw/washer combination for my TV and mounted the TV brackets. We then hung the TV on the wall mounted bracket. I adjusted the level with screws provided in the wall bracket and adjusted the vertical angle with the provided allen wrench. Looks great! Installation time: 90 minutes, but I work slow, take lots of breaks and usually have to do things 2-3 times before I get it right. ;-) Other than lifting the TV, this is a one-man job. I recommend this product.

> 24 hourGood tv mount for price/value. Only fits 16” wide wall studs. Mounting a 46” LED on a wall with 24” studs (see below). Weight limit is good, range of motion is good and has enough tilt to hang about 6’. Screws and spacers should be enough for most TV but only M4, M6, M8 screws with two lengths, which required two spacers for my TV. I prefer the TV mount braces to be directly on the TV. So I purchased the correct length screws for my TV and not use the spacers. This is a two person job to hang the TV. I also prefer a sturdier connection of tv braces to wall mount. I’ll be installing “furniture safety straps” later. This mount is max for 16” studs. I had to secure wood board across the 24” studs and then mount tv hanger onto the wood board to make 16” studs work. This was not a beginners task. Ended up using drywall push-though anchors to the wood board and drywall to make sure of a solid and secure mount. This made the depth from wall to tv front an additional 2.5” deeper. Pictures to follow.

> 24 hourFirst thing to do is throw away the included level....the one I received wasn’t accurate. I used one of the levels I already had. I took the arm portion off from the wall plate before mounting to the wall. Just too difficult to mount unless you’re just dealing with only the plate. I had trouble locating studs inside my stucco wall (I mounted this on an outside patio wall). So I used 6 lag screws and 6 wall anchors (2 of the lag screws and 6 of the wall anchors were not included). It’s very firmly in place. After getting the wall plate attached to the wall, I reattached the arm mechanism. Once that was done, I attached the TV. I mounted this unit 8 ft up the patio wall. Fortunately I have a Genie Lift that made it easier to put the TV in the exact, necessary location to attach to the mount. Overall it’s a well made unit and VERY economically priced. Would highly recommend.

> 24 hourBUY NOW ! I never write reviews but I had to on this Just now taking this bad boy down and not because its not functional i just upgraded and needed a better one for a bigger tv. Purchased in 2017 for my 55 tv and never gave any problems. I just switched the screws out for more heavy duty ones and used butterfly anchors. Cant go wrong with this one.

> 24 hourThe mount is very sturdy for a 55 inch Samsung TV. Its range of motion is perfect for at least 45 degrees. Solid Steel and had every part I needed to install. All bolts and washers fit with no problem. Very easy to hang TV. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

> 24 hourFantastic product. Bought two so TVs would both have the same exact mount. While reviewing prior to purchase, I noticed this mount had the highest rating of any product I have ever searched for on Amazon. I can see why. Extremely rugged, well constructed, strong, easy to mount, includes EVERYTHING you need. You wont need most of the hardware that comes with it because it gives you everything that just about anyone would need for any installation. Even a level and a very high-quality HDMI cable! Strongly recommend. I noted that a handful of the many thousands of reviews said they could not mount it because it was only 16 inches wide. Building code in the US has required 16 in wall studs for longer than I am old - 70 plus years. IF your wall studs are wider than 16 inches, I dont know where you live but it wont work for you. Dont give a product a bad review just because you purchased it for a situation where it is not designed to work. You will be very pleased with this mount. Watch the video. This mount does everything the demo shows and is very easy to mount, adjust, and secure a heavy TV.

> 24 hourAfter being burned by a cheap mount (and shady seller) I was reluctant to try again. However this mount fit perfect, and is exactly what I needed. Installation was a no brainer with experience, however the item contains many things to simplify installation for even a complete novice. First thing that struck me was the drilling guide on stiff paper, with sticky adhesive strips. However thats not all, the cool part is the bubble level that also has sticky backing so you can stick it on your guide, so once you find your studs, use that and you are set. All the hardware is in partitioned bags - no hunting for whatever you need, or confusion. The mount itself seems nicely made, and I love the extra tilt adjustment for rotation. You cant go wrong with this one, they are trying super hard to make you happy here, When reading other reviews, bear in mind that some houses are built different BUT the _majority_ have 16 inch center studs. If you dont have 16 centers, you can purchase their adapter or try another solution. Please check your studs before purchase and dont fault the manufacturer of this item for your house being different.
