Easy to install, pots of options with the washers and bolts if needed, only issue was the metal washers werent the right size and sisnt fit the bolt if needed. Apart from that lil thing. Worth the $.

#1 if you dont have a stud finder, youll spend about $30. 00 #2 I already have 3 different size levels better than the ones they provide #3 Measure not once but twice. Better make that a dozen times if not more. Finding the stud(s) is the most time consuming priority depending on how much pressure you put on the stud sensor, to little or to hard the reading is not always the same. you will be marking your wall with a pen or pencil. HINT HAVE MATCHING PAINT #4 the template they provide sticks to the wall, it will take some of the paint of your wall when you remove it #5 I took my level to the exact points for for the holes on the printed template, they did not line up 100% this depends on if the template was printed perfectly on a printing press. #6 Drill 1 hole only with the template still attached to the wall. mount the bracket to the wall with the lag bolt #7 line up bracket to the other hole AND use a level on the bracket to see if it is perfectly horizontal, this is where the second printed hole may not line up. Use your level and mark the spot, then drill your hole and screw in the lag bolt. Mark off your other 2 holes to be drilled. Remove the 2 lag bolts and bracket and template. You can drill out your other 2 holes before or after you remove the bracket and template. #8 I painted my wall to cover all the pen marks I put on my wall #9 the 2 vertical brackets that get attached to the TV can be done in the beginning before you look for the studs or after you have painted if you do the latter the paint has time to dry #10 installing the bracket is not as easy as it looks on the picture the spacers Mounting Dream provides (3 different sizes) all useless for me. Goog thing Samsung provides their own spacers in the box with the purchase of my TV. #11 Defining the definition of the words Mounting Dream is up to you. Now mounting the TV to the wall bracket is the only dream. you still have to attach everything to the TV that you want. #12 Now you put your tools away, vacuum all the dust, wipe stuff up, wash your paint brush. So anywhere between 4-6 hours of work depending on your coffee breaks .Definitely not a dream but reality. OVERALL the bracket is solid, works the way its supposed to and cheaper than the more pricier ones. Im satisfied.

We bought this unit, after much research, to wall-mount a 40-inch Samsung flatscreen TV that does not have a flat back. I was impressed by how well the unit and ancillary parts were packaged and how clear the instructions were. I had to add a couple of washers of my own when attaching the vertical rails to the back of the TV, due to the way the TV was made - not Mounting Dreams fault. I loved the excellent template provided for marking the mounting holes on the wall - it even has double-sided tape already attached. Just follow the instructions - drill 7/32 inch pilot holes and use a socket wrench to install the lag screws (I lubricated the screws slightly). Got the whole thing installed and TV mounted in an afternoon without rushing. Only one negative - the black plastic level supplied for checking the mount and TV was not accurate. It was off level by about half a bubble. Either reverse and average the reading of this level or get a decent one. The little stick-on level for the wall template worked fine.

Overall this wasn’t challenging to install. We ran into the problem of not having a socket wrench and our drill could not support the bolt we had to screw into the studs. This just prolonged the process. If we had the tools before hand this would’ve been a breeze. It would be helpful if one, the paper directions listed all the correct tools needed, and two, if these tools needed were listed with the item online.

Recently moved. Left this mounting bracket model on the wall of my old bedroom. Have bought the same model for my new bedroom. Loved the old bracket. Easy to install. Sturdy. Easy to attach to my 43” flat screen TV. Price was reasonable. Expect the same with the new bracket.

Almost took a star off because they advertise it as suitable for a brick wall, but dont describe how to install it on a brick wall (for the top of the mounting bracket you can put two screws into a horizontal row between bricks - for the bottom of the bracket look for where a hole lines up to a verticle column between bricks - you may have to slide the bracket slightly right or left to find one - at least thats how I did it.

Ive used three different mounts. This one is the least expensive and is good as the more expensive ones but for one issue. The plate that goes on the wall is exactly two studs distance wide. Which means if the center of your viewing wall is a stud then it is impossible to have a flush mounted centered set up. You can pull out the mount and angle it back flat which is what I did. The TV is centered and flat to my viewing but is about 10 inches out from the wall. Not a huge problem but not optimum. The wall plate should be the width sufficient to be screwed into two studs with the third in the middle. Otherwise this is an excellent mount. I used it for a 55 inch ROKU and saved about a hundred bucks from what I bought before.

I installed it for a TV in one room, and was impressed with the sturdiness of it. (I previously installed a cheap projector mount that works fine, but theres some slop in its adjustments.) Installation took a little while, because I like to measure twice and cut once. Drilling and installing bolts is straightforward, but it does take a few minutes. The worst part of the installation is that there are many different sizes of machine screws and washer, in labelled bags, but some of them were in the wrong pouch. When it said to match up Screw J with Washer M, the M section had the wrong size. Everything was there; it just took a couple of minutes to figure it out. The included level was a nice touch, but the bubble is kind of small compared to the markings of the tube, so I ended up using my own level. Ive decided to get another one for a TV in a different room. Upsides: - Feels sturdy, TV stays where you put it. - Many screws included, more likely youll find one that works with your TV. - Pretty good instructions. Instead of saying Drill a hole, it said Drill a 7/32 hole to a depth of 2.5 inches Downsides: - The wall bracket is 16 wide, so there isnt much room to deal with studs that might be slightly wider than 16. It worked fine with my studs, but if you wanted to shift the bracket slightly to the left or right, that isnt an option. Fortunately the arms allow some flexibility in placement. - Adjusting the tilt requires a hex key to loosen/tighten. Its not a big deal for me, but it might be for you. - Because the brackets that attach to the TV have multiple holes for added flexibility, it can take a little while to figure out just how high your TV will be, and deciding where to place the bracket in relation.

Not easy to install because of weight and bulk. But an excellent product. Sturdy. Good price. Recommend this!
