Greater than one weekThis mount was barely 1/2 the price of a comparable product at local retailer. I was a bit skeptical of what to expect of the quality, but really did not want to spend a bunch of extra money on a mount. I am pleased with the mount. First of all, it was easy to install. Took maybe 30 minutes, and that was with me moving slowly. The hardest part of the install was finding the studs in my wall. This product came with all the necessary bolts, and also with a nice template for locating/marking where to drill your wall (once you locate studs). Also, the mounting instructions are fairly well written, which is unusual with so many products nowadays; these instructions are clear, and broken down into small enough steps to make it a breeze. Secondly, the mount itself is fantastic. The range of adjustments is vast, and making adjustments is easy (easy again because of good instructions). This mount feels sturdy, and all the joints were tight so it does not wobble. My TV is a 55 unit, and this mount is supporting the TV perfectly. Finally, at this price point, it is really a bargain. There is no reason to spend the high retail prices unless you just cant wait a couple days to receive this item in a shipment!

> 3 dayThe main difficulty I had with installing this wall mount was due to the fact that the studs were not evenly and regularly spaced in my wall. I had to do some finagling to get things lined up properly with the kit. In the end I mounted two 2 x 4 sections to the wall and secured those into the studs, then secured the wall mount kit into the 2 x 4s (my studs turned out to be 14 inches apart and that did not line up at all with the kit). That being said, this kit was extremely easy to install. The parts were all clearly labeled, instructions were easy to follow, and I especially appreciated that it came with a template and level for marking the wall. Probably one of the best installation kits of any kind for any product I have ever used/assembled. The range of motion and ability to tilt or swivel the TV when mounted is excellent.

> 3 dayWall bracket is smaller than standard mount. May require special mounting to wall. Easy to rotate for viewing.

> 3 dayI am not a handy dude kind of person and I was able to install it in 40 minutes or less! No joke! The instructions manual is really helpful and self explanatory. The key point is (and has to be really clear) to identify the stud inside the wall and then identify the center point of the stud where you will drill. Then the rest is easy. You just need to place the paper that has exactly where you need to drill the holes (comes in the package) right in the center of the stud, then the 4 holes will be clear to you where to drill. It is really sturdy and I had no concern to hang my 55 inch LED TV. I was really confident it would be fine. It even comes with a bubble level to place on the paper diagram so you can level the bracket. One advice: it helps if someone helps you to hold the bracket while you are tightening the long screws, because the bracket itself is kinda heavy. Also identify the distance of your studs. Mine was 16 apart. But older homes could be 18 or 20, but if this is your case, the manual will instruct you. Again: Identify the stud and follow the instructions. Do not (repeat after me) DO NOT use this bracket ONLY on the dry wall. You need a solid and reliable stud inside the dry wall to place your screws.

> 3 dayI used this mount for my 50 and then stopped using it for a while. Bought a 65 thinking it would fit, and it did fit 65 Sceptre UHD 4k from walmart. Had to use a few extra spacers/washers for the back of the tv pieces, but everything else seems to work just fine. Actually, After I used the washers, I found the extra spacers that were wide enough that came from the unit. I used a 1/4 in drill bit for the stud bolts, I actually drilled pilot holes, the first with a needle thin drill bit, then a medium small bit, and then the 1/4 bit so I knew it would be exact and level. I could probably do pullups on that thing, it aint going no where. Also note. It fit the 65 on the very widest holes for the back mounts - top to bottom of the screws on the back of my tv are 15 3/4 - May need to check the distance of the whole mounts on the back of your tv first

> 3 dayI brought this wall mount unit to install my tv in the bedroom. This is a heavy duty unit and will support 99 lbs., tv and wall mount unit together. It was an easy install. I just followed the directions. Comes with all of the necessary screws and bolts you will need. All the parts are in marked in compartment type bags so it was easy to fine the part you need. I bolted the wall mount unit to a stud with 2 out of 4 lag screws provide, in the center of the wall mount. Then I used 4 heavy duty drywall anchors that I had for the corners of the wall mount. Installing the tv to the wall mount was easy. 4 screws, 2 on each side of the metal bars screwed to the back of the tv. Placed the tv with the metal bars on the wall mount and tighten 2 screws and I was done. This was installed on a Hisense tv and with the wall mount flat, my tv is about 3-4 inches away from the wall. Time to install the wall mount and the tv about one hour.

> 3 dayGreat mount for the price. Its very secure, solid, doesnt sag or droop with my 50 TV extended out. The design is such that with the TV mounted correctly its very secure and cannot fall with the locking bolts engaged. I have only one complaint. The mount is very stiff to pull out. I bought a TV to just fit in a media nook and built a cabinet below and put shelving above. It looks great, almost built in, but I only have 1/2 above and below and 1.5 on either side. To pull the TV out I have to grab it by the edges, and it takes significant force to extend the mount out, so much so that the TV starts to bow, causing concern that I could damage it. Id like to know if theres some way to adjust/lubricate the mount to make it easier to extend. There is nothing on this in the instruction manual. I understand it cant be too easy to move or just vibrations could cause it to move, but its way too stiff. Good news is once everything is in place I likely wont touch it, but Im on the fence about keeping this mount because of the issue. Still giving it 4 stars because everything else about it is top notch.

Greater than one weekMounting Dream has me as a customer for life. Let me tell you why. We bought a tv and wall mount for a bedroom for Christmas. After a little research, I chose a Mounting Dream mount. When we went to install the tv mount, we were blown away at how easy it was. BLOWN. AWAY. They think of everything. The instructions are clear. They could NOT make it simpler for you to mount your television. We were very impressed. So much so that we decided to wall mount our tv in the living room. It is an older model, so we couldn’t find the VESA information for it to determine which wall mount we needed. I already knew we were going to use the same company because we were so impressed with their product. So we sent a Hail Mary email to the customer service department of Mounting Dream to see if they could figure out which mount we needed to buy. If you have ever had to deal with a customer service department, then you know my hopes and expectations were low to say the least. Then we got the response from Mounting Dream. HO-LY COW!!!!!!! This customer service response was the most amazing frigging email I have ever read. I mean this is the kind of customer service you would expect in 1959, not in 2019. This was INSANELY good customer service. Again, they could NOT have made it any easier for me to get the right mount unless they drove to my house and lifted my hand and put it on the mouse to click the order button. I mean seriously, you have got to see this. I included a screen shot. Not only did they respond quickly, I have confidence in their answer that they had actually researched it to give me the correct information. They advised me to check the stud placement and choose one of 3 appropriate mounts. Then they provided the information for AND an Amazon link to each of the 3 potential mounts. THEN they got a screen grab of the back of my tv model, and drew colored lines on it to show me exactly what they were talking about in the email and show me how the wall mount would fit and work for my tv. I mean… who does that these days? Nobody but Mounting Dream. That’s my experience. This is the best customer service I have ever seen, from a company that makes one of the best products I have ever seen, and provides the best instructions and additional installation aids that I have ever seen. If every company operated like Mounting Dream, the world would be a better place.
