A little difficult to install but one installed It’s the best tv Mount ever!

Good tv mount for price/value. Only fits 16” wide wall studs. Mounting a 46” LED on a wall with 24” studs (see below). Weight limit is good, range of motion is good and has enough tilt to hang about 6’. Screws and spacers should be enough for most TV but only M4, M6, M8 screws with two lengths, which required two spacers for my TV. I prefer the TV mount braces to be directly on the TV. So I purchased the correct length screws for my TV and not use the spacers. This is a two person job to hang the TV. I also prefer a sturdier connection of tv braces to wall mount. I’ll be installing “furniture safety straps” later. This mount is max for 16” studs. I had to secure wood board across the 24” studs and then mount tv hanger onto the wood board to make 16” studs work. This was not a beginners task. Ended up using drywall push-though anchors to the wood board and drywall to make sure of a solid and secure mount. This made the depth from wall to tv front an additional 2.5” deeper. For the price of this wall mount and its functionality, it is a great buy. Im relatively handy with home improvement projects, and the installation did take a bit longer than I expected, but this could have been me being a bit overly cautious and/or because its the first one Ive installed. The ability for the mount to tilt, extend a good distance from the wall, and turn left and right. is very good. The only negative, in my opinion, at this time is that it does require quite an amount of effort to pull the tv/extend the arm outward from the wall. Its a tight pull. I assume it could be a positive that its not too loose, but I do have a concern about damaging the tv housing if Id need to retract and extend the arm more frequently. I may improve my ability to do this as time goes on. I would recommend this product due to it coast, features, and durability(Feels sturdy and well made, but well see how long it lasts without repair needs)

This review for model MD2380. The bracket build quality seems very sturdy and seems to be built to last. This is my first TV mounting experience, but Im impressed with the quality and it looks to be very well priced. Once mounted the arms move with ease yet firmly set in place. Mounted an older model Samsung 32 LCD which is a bit heavier than latest model LEDs but it was an easy one man job. Measure and drill into wall using included template --> mount wall base using included heavy duty wall screws --> place mounting brackets on back of TV --> hang TV onto the base and lock it into place (attached screw on base) --> adjust sideways tilt --> adjust forward tilt --> clean up. Cleaning up took longer than the other steps, just to give you an idea of how quick the job was. Id guess itll take longer and an extra pair of hands for a large sized TV. The package included everything needed. A template you can tape onto the wall and measure for placement; a large array of screws, one of which should fit your brand of TV; bracket spacers for specific brand of TVs, I didnt need these but there were several sizes included so Id imagine this bracket is compatible with all major brands of TVs; a hex tool to adjust the tilt, which can be adjusted side to side and front to back (forward tilt from the top). Additional tools I used: A drill. Philips head screw driver is needed to lock the TV into place once hung on the base. A stud finder and a small screw driver used to confirm location of the stud for drilling. A socket wrench to fasten the wall base.

This mount is very sturdy and versatile. The directions are clear and includes all parts to address various configurations and sizes. Even includes a small level and allen wrench. The best feature that is its half the price of one from a big box discount store. This is the second one Ive purchased.

First of all it is very good support. It mounted well and with no hiccups although the wall plate is just barely big enough for the 16 spaced studs and TV brackets are barely big enough for the 400x400 VESA. No issues with any of that but if you have anything even remotely out of spec youll be in bad luck. I also have an Echo mount for my other TV and the difference between them lays in minor details. The functionality is the same and the quality is very similar but Echo has a few more touches like covers for the lag screws that attach the bracket to the wall and cable hangers instead of Velcro ties only. I also prefer Echo 1-screw leveling system over 4 screw one on this one. The one here gives you more options but if you need them you probably did something really wrong when mounting the wall plate. All of these are minor differences but if the bracket can be seen from certain angles with your installation Id go with Echo, otherwise Mounting Dream is a way to go.

Product was as described and included all hardware. You need your own stud finder and power drill to mount it to the wall. I was able to mount it (following the instructions) by myself without any issues. It holds my 40” TV very well and the range of motion on the mount is great. I can easily pull the tv out from the wall, turn it and tilt it, all with relative ease. The product name “mounting dream” says it all!!

Good, well build, and easy to install. My only complaint would be that it is a little stiff in the movement.
