MyInvoices & Estimates Deluxe

Simply cant click an invoice and mark it paid. Multiple steps required. One customer, several invoices, you gotta open each invoice individually and type in amount paid. Cumbersome. There are other things I dont like but Im not here to write a novel. I could but Im too busy wasting time on invoices.

I absolutely love this latest version of My Invoice & Estimates Deluxe. This use to be sold by Elibrium and then it was bought out by Avanquest and Avanquest has done an excellent job. What saved my wifes business was that she had version 5 from 2001! This latest version handled the importing in of everything! We were extremely nervous that we were going to have to start out all over again and lose years worth of invoices and product list items. My wife really likes the handy search icons at the top of the Window that show on every page so when a client calls and asks about a type of custom drapery, she can search her product list quickly and give a client an estimate fast. Also, we were using CutePDF to export an invoice to a PDF file by printing, but in this version, we can export straight to a PDF from the software. Im sort of surprised by the wave of negative reviews because my experience was completely opposite. My wife loved it and was able to figure out the interface quickly, even when using version 5 from 13 years ago! Its her business and I just handle the computer upgrades for her. She was so happy I got a big kiss afterwards! Thanks Avanquest and I hope you keep developing this software for many more years to come.

Easy touse for small businesses or doing side jobs

Great item. Installed on windows 10 without any errors. Ive been using this program for several years on another computer. Does a great job for invoices for my small business. I wouldnt recommended it if you are looking for bookkeeping functions, but does work well for sending out recurring invoices via print or email in pdf format.

I purchase this program with the intention of using it only for pricing and inventory control. Totally disappointed!! Does not do what customer support claims it does. It cost me $9.99 to find out that tech support knows nothing. I was told to do exactly what the help section says to do. I did, No change. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY..

Great program.

I recently started a small business, sole proprietor, and a friend who does the same thing recommended this program. I still have not been able to generate an invoice with it now a month later. I simply cannot figure this out. In my defense, I am a very computer literate person, but not so much the Word, Excel type programs, so I feel sure that if I had more knowledge of those types of programs, I might be able to figure this out. But Im not willing to sit down and read the thick manual and slog through the process. I depend on myself being able to intuitively do this stuff, and this program is not intuitive. So I may end up not using it, sadly. And if it truly does what it purports to do, it should be a great tool. Oh, well. Such is life.
