> 3 dayThe photos I posted are proof enough. The first photo is before the mount the camera was upside down. The footage was terrible. In the second photo the camera is in the mount as if connected on the wall in its proper position. It was easy to install. Highly recommend it.

> 3 dayGREAT PRODUCT! DID EXACTLY WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED TO DO! I checked the negative reviews and it seemed the overwhelming issue was fit. I dont doubt that was an issue but it seems like there were engineering changes and much better QC involved in the unit I received. First the bracket is a great idea and fills a need. Second, doing this on a second story, I was concerned I would lose my mind. I dry fit everything on land laid it all out on the ground. I have to say, it went together easily once on the ladder. Everything lined up including the rear hole. One thing I did discover when dry fitting and would suggest to anyone who purchases this, is to swap out the 3/4 in mounting screws that come with the camera and purchase (4) 1 inch screws. When you mount the bracket to the Google cove plate and then to the mounting plate attached to the ceiling box, it felt like there was only 2 threads attached to the plate. I used a full size box so clearance was not an issue. I cant see it being an issue with a low pro box either. All and all, i am going to purchase a few more and retrofit the rest of my eaves that have standard floods. Great job. BTW this is my wifes account, I am sure she is capable but her husband wrote the review as he....did the work.

> 3 dayI like how these look and that they allow for mounting the camera/light horizontal as needed. They lock in perfectly with the base of the floodlight. I do wish there was more space for tucking the wires away as they can get in the way of the locks. I solved this by necessity with the use of PVC caps used for outdoor drainage. Was able to mount it and hide the wires inside of them. This also allowed me to direction the light as needed.

> 3 dayI had an old existing floodlight that needed replacing. Since I already have a few other Nest products (doorbell, thermostat) and was planning on putting a camera on that side of the house anyway, thought getting a Nest floodlight with camera would be a good option. The problem? The old floodlight was on the underside of an overhang. And Google only supports mounting to a vertical wall... After a quick search, I found this product. And it works like a charm. Color matches pretty well with the Nest floodcam. Only real gotcha would be to make sure that the wires are free and clear of the hooks in the back.

> 3 dayI love this so much I wanted to buy two of them even though I only had one camera. Install was easy and fit is secure. I love the entrepreneurial spirit in this mount. Google couldn’t be bothered to engineer this, but this person figured it out. A+
