I bought this to lift the portion of my under mount stainless steel double sink where it had separated from the granite near the faucet (exterior wall side of sink). At least for me (and Im fairly handy), it seemed difficult to attach to the sides lip of the sink because I tried that approach first. Of course, it is difficult to work under a kitchen sink, due to position and lack of room, even when everything stored underneath is removed. I eventually got the results I wanted using part of this kit - the front support worked great to lift the front of the sink (by cabinet doors). I wound up using one of the main supports with sheetrock anchors to mount to the rear wall and then positioned it differently than in the instructions to put tension on the rear part of the sink and lift it back into place. This probably isnt ideal, but it seems secure and the combination of the supports and a little silicone sealant got the results I wanted. I think it will work great on a new installation, but it would be good if there was a bracket to secure the side of the sink near the faucet as well as a front support.

This is exactly what I needed. Very solid hardware, easy to align, and effortless and precise turnbuckle action with plenty of travel. Can’t go wrong with this kit vs. other low grade imitations.

Smart fix for a dropped undercounter sink under granite.

This is a case of a skeptical purchase that turned into a super pleasant surprise. I had an undermount stainless sink that started to fail, separating from the granite countertop. Came across this product which claims to address that very problem. I’m mechanically inclined and can fix most things, so didn’t think I needed this...but ordered it as a fallback option. I opened the box when it arrived and was blown away by the quality of the design and the components. Instructions were ok, kind of made sense, but couldn’t really envision how it would look assembled. So I watched their instructional video. It then all made perfect sense. Put the brackets in - two in back, one in the front, approximately 30 mins for all, including silicone sealant between the counter and sink. Worked perfectly. Very happy with the results - just like new again. Can’t say enough to do this justice...it’s a simple fix to an ugly problem, great quality too. Kind of a shame that it’s hidden from view! If you have the same issue, you won’t be disappointed.

Our stainless steel sink had separated from the underside of the granite countertops on one side, and I tried the Never Fall system, and it worked exactly as advertised. I was honestly a bit surprised that it worked as well as it did, and that it was as easy as it was. I highly recommend it! You will need a small level though; it says you want to get the screw-in brackets vertical or itll cause problems.

When I noted that the glue holding the under sink had separated from the counter, I thought that I would have a difficult job on my hand to make it right again. Until I was told about these sink repair devices. Upon looking at the items, I knew that they would do the job for me and it was a no brainier to get sink repair system. It only took some new adhesive, a drill/screwdriver and a steady hand to place the item in place. A few hours for the adhesive to dry and the sink is better than new. I would recommend this to anyone in a similar situation.

My double kitchen undermount sink was starting to come apart from the counter in the middle. Also the caulking was looking very bad and discolored. So after reading lots of reviews I decided on this product and a tube of silicone caulk. The installation was very simple since the back of the plate that you screw into the cabinet was sticky so it allowed you to place in on the wall in the exact place you wanted before drilling holes into the cabinet and attaching it to the wall. Then once attached it was very easy to tighten the arm to press the sink up tight against the bottom of the counter and squeeze the newly installed caulk to make a secure fit.

When our sink was installed, my husband saw the installer using blocks slathered with epoxy and asked if that was really enough to hold the sink in place. The installer insisted it would be. Six years later, it was not! Our sink came crashing down, and the gobs of epoxy came down with it. The YouTube video that shows how these brackets work opens with “if you’re watching this video, you’re sink has probably detached from the countertop.” Yup. Anyway with two people, reattaching the sink using the brackets was very easy. It took only about 30 minutes. The brackets being adjustable after they are screwed in makes fine tuning the placement of the sink much easier. I wish our installer had told us about these 6 years ago- they are a simple preventative measure to what could end up being an expensive problem. We got lucky our plumbing didn’t get damaged when the sink came out, but it doesn’t always work out that way!

This product did what it needed to do to repair a bad installation by a licensed contractor. I installed it myself with absolutely no issues. It says it can support over 600 lbs and I believe it. Cant believe that the contractor didnt use something similar to this. But as long as their poor installation lasts until the warranty expires, they are happy.

This works really well!! I have a double sink, and there was no problem with the middle sagging as someone mentioned. I admit I did not do it, but it took just a few minutes, and with an electric screw driver, and it was a done deal! A lot of folks in the plumbing/construction industry dont want to mess with a falling undermount sink, especially when granite is involved. This easily solved the problem.
