Our double stainless steel kitchen sink was installed 16 years ago and about halfway during that time, we noticed the sink starting to droop in the middle where the sinks are divided. There were metal screws holding the metal sink up against the quartz counter top at the corners but not along the long edges in front and back. Not knowing how to solve the problem a few years ago I propped up the center with a length of pipe from below. It was only noticeable when opening the doors under the sink. Fast forward to last week when wife and I were getting our home ready to sell. She said she wouldnt buy a home that had that problem so this system looked like the best solution. It arrived in the mail, I looked at the instructions and photos, and probably within a half hour I had the two long pieces installed under the front and rear of the sink. I figured out which way to turn the bar to tighten, or push, up the sink and now the sink looks tight and flush like it did when first installed. The metal pieces cannot really even be seen unless peeking under the sink. Wifes happy, Im happy!

The Never Fall sink bracket system is excellent. I have a large Elkay undermount sink with very little clearance between it and the cabinet walls. The installers did a crappy job, and the existing mounts failed. But theres so little space around the sink in the cabinet underneath that theres no way I could have epoxyed on new mounting clips. However, I was able to position these brackets in plumb with relative ease using the adhesive strips (which are brilliant), and then affix them securely with the provided screws. Thereafter, lifting the sink into place (with a silicon bead) was quite easy, though I needed pliers to grip the shaft (its a very heavy sink particularly with the garbage disposal attached). Start to finish, the entire job took 30 minutes or less, including careful positioning of the brackets to ensure they were in plumb. My only suggestion to the fabricator would be to spline the shafts on the brackets to allow more grip, but thats a very minor quibble. The sink is now very, very securely in place with seemingly indestructible support. This is a great product.

Our kitchen stainless double bowl sink failed on one side after 5 years from the disposal vibration. After wedging 2x4’s under the disposal to stabilize it, I found this Never Fall support system. It was a perfect fix to lift the sink back into position. We were unable to use the front support in the kit as we couldn’t secure the top bracket screw in such a tight space between the sinks. Also, the cabinet did not have a lip to use the alternate attachment. The 2 side supports are sturdy - screwed to the plywood inside of the cabinet. We did not have to disassemble the sink before working on it. Bought 100% silicone to fill the gap. We used painters tape to the granite and stainless sink before filling the gap. Also we placed a light below the cabinet to ensure we filled the gap with silicone sufficiently. If we saw light, we added more! As hubby tightened the sink back into position, I wiped silicone evenly around and then pulled painters tape off... easy process. Watching the YouTube video before starting helped. We found this was a pretty easy fix for the cost.

This is exactly what I needed. Very solid hardware, easy to align, and effortless and precise turnbuckle action with plenty of travel. Can’t go wrong with this kit vs. other low grade imitations.

Easy installation for supporting a kitchen sink that had loosened from its epoxy connections to a granite countertop. Saved me a lot of work.

When I noted that the glue holding the under sink had separated from the counter, I thought that I would have a difficult job on my hand to make it right again. Until I was told about these sink repair devices. Upon looking at the items, I knew that they would do the job for me and it was a no brainier to get sink repair system. It only took some new adhesive, a drill/screwdriver and a steady hand to place the item in place. A few hours for the adhesive to dry and the sink is better than new. I would recommend this to anyone in a similar situation.

For a DIYer, this is essential. It allowed me to lower the sink so I could scrape and clean away all the old gunk. Then it made installing it up to counter height very easy. For a one-man DIY job, this is worth EVERY penny. For that matter, I bet pros would use it too, as some reviewers stated. I did have to disconnect the elbow joints to give it more freedom to move up and down. Didnt want to risk cracking these old pipes. Also, having 3 supports works fine: the two rods on the side, and the front-under-counter doohickey. I installed using the 2 rods. Afterward, I added the front support. I also ended up putting a 1x2 in the back to provide a 4th point of support. It doesnt get in the way, so why not? But I wouldnt say it is necessary. This kit provides everything you need.

This product works as advertised. The glued brackets under the granite counter supporting the sink failed and I didnt want to risk any drilling into the stone or hiring an expert. This product was the best solution to my problem and worked great!

The sink clips broke on the undermount sink in the kitchen, it began to sag and we were panicking because water was leaking between the sink and granite countertop. I researched a lot and found this system to boost the sink back up and keep it in place. My husband and father in law had it installed in less than an hour and it has been doing the job for the last few months with no issues. We re-caulked around the ring of the sink to get a good seal and it is more sturdy now than ever. It doesnt get in the way of the cabinet space and seems to be keeping the sink tight against the countertop. Highly recommend if you have an undermounted sink.
