She took an hour and a half long sand bath digging around in there. She has never been this enthusiastic about baths but she really loves this!

I bought this for my 2 gerbils to use for sand. They love diving in and out of the hole. Theyre constantly digging in the sand and would empty their sand bowls in the past within days. Weve had this one in for 2 weeks now and it still has most of the sand (some does sneak out the hole but they are very active diggers). Worth the cost, very sturdy material. I was impressed with the careful packaging of it so it made it safely in transport. We were so impressed, we bought a wheel from the same company!

This sand bath is GREAT!!! It is large enough for a Syrian hamster to play and bath in and it looks great in a natural enclosure. I would definitely recommend this sand bath for both gerbils and hamsters. My hamster peaches adores it and I can put her water dish in the circle. Niteangel is such a good brand I have dozens of their products! If you looking to upgrade your sand bath or just get a new one, this one is perfect!

I have 2 separeted Sryian hamsters. Both of them have one. I do not use the cover because Syrians are big. Cover might be good for a dwarf. I put all natural repti sand in it. One hamster uses it as a bathroom. Other likes to walk and sit in it. Easy to wash when it needs it.

This is amazing! my little angel loves this. I could not get a picture with her in it but she loves rolling in this perfectly sized sand bath. would recommend!

Its a good size for my female Syrian and has a good depth. As a plus, it looks really nice. It is bigger than you think though, so make sure you measure beforehand.

i wasnt sure if a syrian would fit in it with the sand and lid but i have about 2 inches of sand in there and he fits perfectly!

My hammy loves her sand bath and gets in every time she wakes up. You do have to fill it up pretty high with sand if you have a dwarf hamster just so they are able to climb out. Probably not as much if you have a Syrian. The wooden lid sometimes doesnt stay fitted on just right and so it pops off or slides off a little bit my hamster is so tiny so it doesnt matter much. Still a great sand dish.

We had our sand bath in a bowl and our Hamster (Sunshine) wasn’t a fan. This product is bigger than I expected and really high quality! After setting it up Sunshine immediately took a sand bath and used it as a litter box. He clearly loves it and I wish I had gotten it sooner!
