I love these things. Noctua, without the ugly brown.

Great fans. A lot quieter than most other 80mm fans. IT is both quiet and can really pull air our of the pc case. Noctua is the best

    The best 80mm fan. Period.

Provides good cooling but pretty loud for the price. Noticeably louder than my stock Corsair case fans and more expensive. Standard 3 pin fan connector. Does not come with any Y-connectors or Molex adapters.

Very nice looking and powerful fan for its size. It’s a bit loud though but perfect for my thermaltake V1 case.

If youre buying this to replace the fans in the Behringer NX6000D or similar amp then make sure you get the 1800 and not the 1200 version. The 1200 wont even spin at the voltage the amp provides. With the 1800 version the fans spin but are not audible. If youre using the amp outside in the summer heat I wouldnt do this mod, but its likely fine for home theater.

You can tell by how much air is being moved that these are Noctua fans. As Noctua fans go, they are slightly louder than normal, but for a server rig that is out of sight out of mind. These are just fine.

I have two Noctua NF-R8 80mm fans cooling the bottom of a CoolerMaster HAF XB case. Even with anti-vibration mounts installed this fan gets pretty loud at the full 1800RPMs (not surprising from an 80mm fan but unexpected from Noctua). I ended up putting a low noise adapter from Noctua inline with the fan to reduce the max speed down to about 1200-1300RPMs which reduces the noise almost to inaudible when maxed out. To me this fan is an OK balance of noise and airflow for the price but unless you really need the higher air flow you will be happy with the next step down in RPM(1200).

They run INCREDIBLY quiet, but push a considerable amount of air for being so small.
