These tablets are a good fit for me and work!

Received as promised. I buy NOW supplements because they are soy, gluten & dairy free and very reasonably priced. L-lysine was recommended by my naturopath to boost my immune system after being diagnosed w/ Epstein-Barr Virus reactivation. I trust that it us helping. Starting to feel a lot better. I buy NOW vits/supp. whenever possible.

Pill to large

This is my greatest tool in my arsenal whenever I start to get a cold sore. Reduces the severity and duration by like half! The pills are easy to swallow and the price is fair. I love the Now brand and will continue to purchase this product!

Probably placebo

I have a tendency to get fever blisters if I get a sneezing spell or a mild fever, almost anything like a cold or a bug of sometime, I usedd to take Lysine when that happened to try and fight those pesky cold sores and fever blisters at bay, I have now started taking one of thesse Lysine daily with my other supplements aand it seems to be helping more then just the taking of them when it a;pears I may be at risk, I am not sure one kind is better thhen the next but these are reasonably priced and easy too swallow, will buy again when I run low, I purchased these from Amazon as I have started buuying all my supplements thru them as it is super convenient and evven with shipping as cheap as regular retailers, I love my Prime membership now and that gets things her fast and no shipping, as well as thier other benefits.

Fulfills what is necessary. I would not recommend swallowing without water. The gel capsules do get stuck.

Idk if these worked or the lip clear lysine worked or both together, but I alsohave no reason to believe that they didnt work. To me personally and physically, it SEEMS to have worked for helping clear my herp blemish (which is appparently common, im not alone :^) ) so on that basis, I will recommend it. Simple pill, take it once or multiple times, or once but multiple pills.
