This is my third bottle of the Nutricost L-Lysine 1000mg, 500 Capsules. They are usually packed tight and it looks like a fine white powder. This time they are loose and its not a powder. Its still white, but much larger than a powder. Just different to me since I have been taking them for a very long time.

I purchased these after vowing not to take anymore of the gigantic ones I was taking that I choked on. These are large gel caps, but they go down smoothly with no problem
