The license from Amazon is much much cheaper than the drugstore and you get a very good quantity

I didnt pay attention to the label so I failed to note that each capsule is 500 units vs. the 1,000 I originally thought. However, it is nothing to worry about....swallowing 2 at a time is easy with these capsules. The bottle is HUGE but I consider it to be a very good value and will buy again whenever I finish this one......next year or so maybe!

Capsules which can be hard to find. Easy to swallow.

I have been taking Lysine for 35+ years. This manufacturer of Lysine does NOT work as it should. Very disappointed

I was buying a different brand, but the pills were kinda hard to swallow and they were always out of stock. I’ve used other Nutricost supplements and they work great, so when I came across these I thought I’d try them. I have fibromyalgia and use them for that. My hair has grown over 6” in less than a year, my fingernails are strong and I feel like my body pain isn’t as bad as it used to be. It’s a long term supplement not a quick fix. The capsules are also easy to swallow

The labeling on this product leads you to believe they are 1000mg tablets when in reality these capsules are 500mg each making it not as good of a deal. Cancelling my autoship!

I am using this L-Lysine to give to my cats to boost their immune system as recommended by the vet. I was previously using the tablet versions and I had to crush the pills up to mix into their food. With these capsules all I have to do is easily pull the capsule apart and it is already in a very nice fine powder form. They are in 500mg capsules which is perfect for me because I am supposed to give each cat 500mg daily. The price on this large bottle is substantially cheaper then some other brands. I will update this review if I notice anything negative about this brand.

Since I need to take daily, these are the perfect way - capsules. Arent too big and dont stick when swallowing. Much better than tablets.
