Awesome price for the amount you receive. I use it for my 2 cats who have the feline herpes virus. It definitely keeps their sneezing, coughing, running noses in check. I give each one a day mixed in their wet food. I like that it comes in capsule form where I can empty the powder onto their food. I wouldnt be willing to crush up tablets. I assume it has NO taste because they eat it right up. This will last me for a few months.

I have been taking L-lysine for many years to keep chronic shingles in check. The brand I previously used wasn’t working as well as in the past and it had a list of fillers. Chemicals I didn’t need or want. I tried two new brands and the first one worked well. I have been taking this brand about five days and the side of my face itches and hurts. The first sign that I’m about to get an outbreak. I guess the old adage “you get what you pay for” is definitely true, at least for supplements. These are going into the trash and I’m out $18.

This product is easy to swallow and I am happy about that because I was in need of this supplementation.

Well its cheap its quality in a plastic well designed bottle that says L-Lysine. Confused than dont buy it!

Many plant food-based proteins are lacking all the essential amino acids which means I may not be getting the full benefit when it comes to muscle synthesis. That is cheating my body and that is not why I go to the gym and work until I have micro tears in those muscles.
