I compared about a dozen multi-vitamins in a micronutrient scheduler and this one did a good job of fulfilling a lot of things that arent typically found in daily foods. The one drawback to this (naturally) is that you get of a bit of an aftertaste if you dont wash down with a full gulp of water, would have stomach burn when taken on an empty stomach unlike lesser gummy-type so sensitive stomachs be aware. Otherwise, awesome and plan to buy again.

I have been taking multi vitamins for years and these really help. I feel like you fend off colds and get better sleep and energy.

The test for all OTC drugs, is stop taking them for a month or longer. If you notice the difference, start retaking them.

A substantial vitamin however the pill is a little large and has a slightly bitter taste. Not the worse supplement but Ive had better.

Ive been using the One A Day Mens Multivitamin for a few weeks now and I have to say that Im really impressed. Ive noticed that I have more energy throughout the day, which I definitely appreciate. I also appreciate the convenience of just having to take one pill every day - no fussing around with multiple pills. And I feel like the formulation they chose is really well balanced. The only downside Ive noticed is that if I take it on an empty stomach, it can result in an upset stomach. So Ive had to be careful to take it with food. The other downside I noticed was the texture of the vitamin. It has a really grainy texture, which I didnt particularly like. Overall Im really happy with the One A Day Mens Multivitamin and would recommend it to other men. Its a great way to get the vitamins and minerals you need in one convenient pill. Just make sure you take it with some food and you should be good to go.

As a schizophrenic, I need to internally multitask to get through mundane tasks and work; mix and match math, music and literature, in primordial artistic form and ground. These vitamins with my trusty Pall Malls do the trick! I love these vitamins! As soon as I took these, I was able to do that! Please give the marketing and R&D department a HUGE RAISE! What a bargain!
