I’ve been taking One A Day Multivitamins for the past few months and can say I do feel better generally. I started taking it because I don’t get enough Vitamin D or B6 or B12. There are however, a few things I’ve noticed since first starting. You should make sure you’re properly hydrated and taking the vitamin after having a big meal. I found that not eating after taking it agitated my stomach a bit and made me feel nauseous. I’m sure the effect is different on everyone, this is just what I’ve noticed. Otherwise, I’m been feeling less sick and in a better mood. My only criticism is that this bottle only has 200 vitamins. For the price you could go to Costco and get it on sale regularly for $2-3 more at 300 per bottle.

First things first, DO NOT buy if you are sensitive to pills. These are very large horse pills similar if not bigger than fish oil pills. They don’t really have a taste and let me warn you, eat with your vitamins. The one time I took my vitamin on an empty stomach, I almost immediately ran to the bathroom to throw up. Standard multivitamin but i’d recommend the GNC brand. My body felt a lot better and the pills are half the size. There’s a reason they give you pill cutting instructions

As a schizophrenic, I need to internally multitask to get through mundane tasks and work; mix and match math, music and literature, in primordial artistic form and ground. These vitamins with my trusty Pall Malls do the trick! I love these vitamins! As soon as I took these, I was able to do that! Please give the marketing and R&D department a HUGE RAISE! What a bargain!

He loves it. Easy to swallow and convenient

Standard multivitamins. The pills are pretty big, like most multivitamins, so theyre not super easy to swallow, but I dont expect anything less. They have no flavour. They contain the required vitamins and minerals.

Good all around USA produced multi vitamin. I use these in conjunction with other supplements. Price fluctuations on these can be big. One can often find the 300 count bottle at the warehouse bulk stores like Sams for the same exact price.
