Ive been taking vitamins for over 50 years, due to blood levels issues. And Ive always trusted One A Day. They are great. Good for health.

Product was fine but when the delivery person threw it on the porch the lid busted off the bottle. I guess bubble package isnt rated for football passes. Glad it wasnt glass.

I have been taking these vitamins for nearly a year. What made me go for them is the amount of vitamins and minerals for the amount of pills you get. I don’t think anyone else comes close. One side effect is the slight nausea you get when you do not eat or drink enough with the pills. I’ve taken them without anything in my stomach and I immediately regret it! Overall these pills give you the largest amount of vitamins for your hard earned money.

I love how much they come with and so much more energy

I feel better after 3 weeks of taking this vitamins. This is not my first time taking supplements with empty stomach, but with this particular product please eat something before. Since I started taking this product in the morning I was not able to do intermitting fasting anymore. I felt like I was starving/nauseous almost to the point of fainting,I threw up and everything at some point. I took 5 days without any supplements and no issues at all. I’m giving the product 5 starts because the vitamins do work but please Do eat something or take the vitamins in the afternoon.
