Been taking for years. Works great.

They where for my son. He said no flavor. Easy to swallow for people that take pills. No upset stomach or nauseous for him.

As a man, I was always a little skeptical about taking vitamins. I mean, Im a man. I can handle anything, right? Well, turns out I was wrong. After a few weeks of taking the mens one a day vitamin, I noticed a difference in my energy levels and overall well-being. Gone are the days of dragging myself out of bed, feeling sluggish and irritable. Now, I wake up feeling like a new man! And lets not forget about the added bonus of having healthier hair and skin. A good all around multi vitamin for men. I use these in conjunction with other supplements and am satisfied.

I got this because it specifically lists Vitamin K on the bottle they show and describes it in their description, yet there is no Vitamin K listed on the bottle that I received. I was told its best to take Vitamin D with K, so just dont understand why they list it but its not true. I will keep it and make do, but will go elsewhere next time as I dont trust this with them being deceptive.
