I have thoroughly enjoyed the migraine relief cap. I like the fact that it can be a hot or cold compress. Within 15 to 20 minutes my headache feels so much better. I highly recommend using this product for migraine relief!

Love it. Helps with the throbbing of a migraine until medicine can kick in. But need two because that dont stay cold long enough.

This product is so amazing, I bought 2, One for me when I need and one for my wife. It eases the pain of an onset of a Migraine. Have also used when I hyperextended my elbow. Stay cold for hours! Highly recommend!!

Bought this item to alleviate migraines and it does just that. Placing it in the fridge for a bit to get it nice and cold helps a lot too. The compression it gives my head makes part of the feeling go away.

It feels cool to the touch at room temp and gets even better after placing in the fridge or freezer. Pull it down over your eyes when you have migraine visual disturbances or just need to block out light. I have a med/large head and it fits comfortably but not too snug. Sometimes I wear it like a beanie while working from home for some minor stress relief. If you have a small head, this might not give you as much compression. Overall works well and highly recommend!

A coworker recommended this migraine mask for my constant headaches. We ordered and got our product quickly and in great condition. I wont say this mask completely gets rid of the migraines, but it takes the edge off and make life so much more comfortable. My 5-year-old saw me wearing it and the next day he said he had a headache like dad. We let him wear the mask just to humor him and to our surprise he loves it! It actually helps him to go to sleep when he is restless or overwhelmed. At first, he didnt like the coldness but after a few minutes he said Ahhh.. it makes my brain feel so good. This is a must have if you get migraines or are prone to headaches. It is truly the best relief outside of heavy meds. I have two so there is always one in the freezer for backup. I’d recommend it to any migraine sufferer.
