So far I haven’t had a migraine since this arrived but I have had several headaches. Each time, I put the cap on and the ache was relieved INSTANTLY. Between the cool temperature and the snug fit, the relief is outstanding, and honestly, I think for me, the snug fit/pressure is the key. My headaches tend to last for hours and hours or even days; I put the cap on when I first notice a headache coming on and it’s gone within minutes. Seriously, minutes! All that said, the odor was VERY strong when it first arrived. Strong scents often trigger my migraines so I put the cap outside all day for a few days in an area that gets both sun and shade. (I did bring it inside overnight.) After a few days, the scent isn’t nearly so strong. I did end up having to use the cap several times while the scent was still very strong and thankfully it didn’t bother my sensitive sinuses and it did relieve my headache. I’m hoping over time the odor disappears completely but for me, it’s worth it even if it doesn’t. I am super happy with this cap! In the 30+ years I’ve been having chronic headaches and migraines, nothing has ever relieved them as quickly and completely as this cap. I considered giving the cap 4 stars due to the odor but it’s effectiveness in alleviating my headaches is so astounding that I feel it deserves the full 5 stars despite the odor.

So this is actually really helpful and it helps me sleep better. And I like the compression around my head. I personally dont put it in the freezer or warm it up. I like to use it as is and I wear it a few hours and night or when I cant fall asleep and its really helpful so I definitely recommend it and already did it to a few people

I got such a horrible concussion so bought this to help with the constant headache and it helped so much! I loved having it be cold and how it blocks out all light 10/10 recommend even if you don’t have a concussion!

It feels cool to the touch at room temp and gets even better after placing in the fridge or freezer. Pull it down over your eyes when you have migraine visual disturbances or just need to block out light. I have a med/large head and it fits comfortably but not too snug. Sometimes I wear it like a beanie while working from home for some minor stress relief. If you have a small head, this might not give you as much compression. Overall works well and highly recommend!

This is one of many migraine caps Ive purchased. This is, by far, the best one Ive purchased. This one is gel like and not divided in sections like so many others. This one also does not become hard when frozen like others. The comfort is unmatched. The quality is superior. I have recommended this product endlessly since first use.

This migraine relief cap really helps soothes headaches or migraines. I like that it covers the eyes to block light. It’s soft and comfortable to wear. It’s soothing and helps me to sleep, and I wear sometimes even if I don’t have any migraine.

I am in love and disipointed at the same time. This one stayed cool intensely for about 20 min but then was completely warm with in 45 min. However I loved that I was able to put it on my head and continue to go about the evening routine with the kids in a good mood because it slightly elevated the pain and stoped it from getting worse and turning into a migraine. Update: so I bought 3 different brands this one is not my favorite when a migraine is in full swing, however at the slightest onset of a headache/ potential migraine I put it on and it stops it in its tracks. It’s also a nice little way to paper yourself with sleeping with it at night especially after a day in the sun. I’m starting to love this ice pack.

I love this mask so much sometimes I wear it to sleep without a headache because it is so soothing! It takes care of migraines quickly as well! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!

I got this for my headaches, but its so comfy that I ended up turning it into my sleep mask. Its naturally cool and it maintains the coolness for a long time, most times I dont even have to cool it myself. I havent tried it hot yet but the cool version works pretty well. It blacks out almost all the light. I have SUCH a hard time falling asleep, this cap-mask thingy is a game changer.

I bought the migraine relief hat to use at first sign of headache. It’s helpful to rest my eyes and feel the cool sensation when it hurts. I was worried that it might be too tight but it’s actually just perfect. It’s great for meditating too. I sometimes keep it in the fridge but it’s not necessary. It was a useful purchase because I actually use it, LOL.
