as someone who suffers from migraines quite often, it’s nice to just be able to throw this in the freezer for 30 minutes and use it! Super quick, super easy, I don’t have water dripping everywhere from a washcloth. Slight compression which also helps. So far I’ve used about 3 times and have not noticed any different or defect with the product

I really like how the heaviness and the snugness feels on my head. Thought about using it as a sleep mask. (Almost took it on the plane, but decided it may be a problem with TSA since its gel inside.) Initially, I had it in the freezer, and the first time I used it for a bruise as a cold pack, it was so cold! You can see cool air flowing down from it. So I decided, Ill keep it in the fridge instead. I also wormed it in the microwave for using it as a warm pack for the same bruise after a few days. I like it so much that I got rid of another gel pack with pearls in a plastic enclosure I had before. This is softer on the skin and can form around my skin much better.

This product is so amazing, I bought 2, One for me when I need and one for my wife. It eases the pain of an onset of a Migraine. Have also used when I hyperextended my elbow. Stay cold for hours! Highly recommend!!

Love it. Helps with the throbbing of a migraine until medicine can kick in. But need two because that dont stay cold long enough.

Very soft thick gel that is comfortable to wear for extended period of time. It gets extremely cold and remains cold! No smell either like some other similar items. Great for migraine headaches. Would purchase again!

I HIGHLY recommend this cooling migraine relief mask. It keeps cold and fits on our big headed family. The nose cut out is also perfect

I really like how this feels. I didn’t think I would reach for it as much as I do. I love that you don’t HAVE to put it in the fridge/freezer, but I do always keep it in my freezer for that extra cold feeling. I keep it on for 15 minutes at a time and can’t definitely feel a difference.

This helps quite a bit. Only downfall that I have is that it does not stay on for long period without constantly adjusting it. When having a migraine, last thing I want to do is move around so adjusting it is the only inconvenience.
