I rarely migraines but i was interested in a good mask because i work graveyard. The mask is nice and thick. It gets cool before you put it on your head. It helps me sleep. The only thing i dont like about the cap is that it always hurts my eye when i remove it. Im not sure if the cap is too thick or too tight. It wont stop me from using it though.

One of the nicest and well used thing I ever bought! I got this slip it into my fridge and forgot about it! Then had a really bad headache one that is all over your head and remembered I bought this! Wow, it work so well. It was cool and so helpful. Has a small amount of compression and felt great! Glad I purchased it! Would recommend highly won’t be disappointed! Really help me a lot!

Very calming. Holds temperatures

I am shocked at hours well this product works. Right after I got it I put it in the fridge. A couple nights later my husband came home with a bad headache he couldn’t shake. I talked him into trying this and he reluctantly did. He was able to fall asleep with this on, I’m about 2 minutes! He woke up a half hour later and his headache was gone! Very impressed!

I got this for my headaches, but its so comfy that I ended up turning it into my sleep mask. Its naturally cool and it maintains the coolness for a long time, most times I dont even have to cool it myself. I havent tried it hot yet but the cool version works pretty well. It blacks out almost all the light. I have SUCH a hard time falling asleep, this cap-mask thingy is a game changer.
