Garbage. Could not pair this to smart life even though I already paired cheap smart bulbs already to smartlife. Spent over an hour messing with it and I’m over it. Sending back to China or whatever.

I have 5 of these for my Christmas display and they have made my life so easy. They work all season long through rain and snow. Well worth the investment.

After less than a month, the weather resistant plug quit working after a rain. To the company’s credit, they quickly replaced it with no problems. I placed the second one in a plastic bag to protect it and it continues to work well. Connected easily to WIFI.

Outside timer for lights

Difficult to use depending on your router. The product description does include the warning about only being able to use a 2.4 GHz signal but it glosses over how difficult it is to set your router for that signal. I was almost ready to give up and return the product when I finally got everything to work.

This plug has saved the day for outdoor Christmas lights. Not only does it save us from walking outside nightly, but it comes with two plugs, all others seem to only come with one. Who doesnt love 2 for 1? Setup: Setup was simple, except you have to download this companies app to create an account then download the Alexa skills. Would prefer to be able to create an account online without having to download a separate app. (Once I had the alexa skill I deleted the brands app.) This took maybe 5 minutes? This works great being able to use Alexa to verbally turn of and on the Christmas lights or the Alexa App directly.

Product doesnt work. Wouldnt connect to anything and I already use the same app for other outdoor plugs that work perfectly. On top of poor product, customer service is a joke. Their response to me asking if theres anything Im overlooking is read manual.

Really glad with the product, easy setup process and works like a charm to control outdoor lighting. Scheduled on/off feature is added bonus which lets you not worry about switching lights on and off.

EDIT: It is now 1 year after owning it. I brought it back out for my Christmas lights and it’s not working. I can’t connect it to the wifi, therefore it’s not working.... don’t know what to do. I bought this for all of our Christmas decorations outside and for our Christmas tree inside. It’s easy to set up since you just download the app hold down the button on the plug and it connects. We have really slow internet (15gb) and it installed perfectly. I set up a timer for all of the lights to turn on at 5pm and shut off at 12am. It works great! I do wish it was easier to set up a schedule for each plug.. other then that it’s a great product!

Worked great for my Christmas lights. Never had any issues with it disconnecting. I had it in an outlet that was under a slight overhang of my roof, just to keep excess water off it just in case.
