> 3 dayThis integrated super well with my Hue system and lots of options for controlling lights. Love the 4 separate switches that can be customized and the rotating dimmer knob. It IS pricey but for integration and control of the hue lights its very worth it. I am definitely finding myself using the physical buttons more than my app lately to control my lights! LOVE that theres both black and white to choose from and wish the other switches had similar color options.

> 3 dayAdding the Hue smart plug to your hub is just like any other Hue bulb. The advantage of using the Hue smart plug over the Innr smart plug is that this one is also HomeKit compatible. This smart plug just works!

> 3 day4 buttons, 1 dial. Each can be used to control a room or zone. Or, they can control one room or zone, using each button/dial to set scenes. I have already installed 4. They are great for zones or rooms that are visible from where you control the dial. I have a dial near my bed to control my bedside lamp, bathroom, sitting room and kichenette. I have another one at my door to control the same 4 zones. I also have 2 in my kitchenette: 1 to control the lights in all 4 zones and the other to control my kitchen equipment. Basically, I can control all lights from any zone using the dial, just like a phone would. If you are bothered by smudges on your switch, avoid the black one. They all work flawlessly!

> 3 dayWe have hue bulbs in almost 80% of our lights and rooms in the house. We manage it through routines and Alexa. Adding this was a great addition as my wife isn’t a huge fan of using Alexa. I highly recommend this accessory to anyone who is going heavy with hue bulbs in multiple rooms.

> 3 dayHaving physical controls for smart lights is a must unless you want to constantly be asking Siri (which in some cases is a hassle). This switch is super easy to add to your existing home structure through the Phillips Hue app and easy to physically install to the wall. My only complaint is the lack of a designed ‘off’ button means a little configuration needs to be done within the app in order to set that up. You can still program a button to be the ‘off’ switch, it just took a couple times to get the Hue app and HomeKit to play nicely together.

> 3 dayI liked the old version a lot... I have a couple in the house. I dont care for the new version with the Hue button at the bottom. The buttons on the old version were more responsive and I preferred having on at the top and off at the bottom. The new version buttons are harder to activate and I have no use for the Hue button at the bottom to change scenes. I am constantly hitting it to turn my lights off and having them go haywire instead. Some change color temperature, some dim, and a couple change colors completely. I still need to work my way thru the programming in the app, but the beauty of the old version was that it just worked

> 3 dayEvery year my husband gripes at me about leaving all the Christmas lights on and my Christmas villages lights...ect. We ordered several of these and linked all the decor plug-ins to them. These sync perfectly with our Philips app, so we were able to set specific times during the week or weekend. Now he is happy and no more having to have that argument each holiday season lol.

Greater than one weekIt’s nice to have a physical switch even with the google assistant and the hue app I still like to just push a button if I want to. Looks good on the wall adhesive backing works good. You may need to update your hue app . Dims brightens on and off ,perfect . Battery on my older version switch lasted almost 2 years. Not bad.

> 3 dayFirstly, go and do research on the difference between wifi, Bluetooth and zigbee. You will find that zigbee was made for light, low energy, long range, low data, natural mesh network. Ie the more you have the better the results, the opposite of wifi and Bluetooth. So, on paper, it’s the ideal solution. Secondly, I had tried wemo and amazon and cheap Chinese wifi smart plugs, and poured a lot of money into unreliable stuff. Including Amazon’s wifi smart plug, it is super unreliable and slow. Because I was short on time, didn’t do my research, and hue did not have a smart plug. I upgraded my router to the ASUS axe16000 and the smart plugs became super unreliable. I thought I was screwed. I had time, finally, to sit and read. And I understood zigbee, I saw hue already had smart plugs out now, and I already had the new hue bridge. So I bought four of these, because I had spent way more of the other stuff. And, right from go, super easy to install (just take your time, uninstall/rename previous plugs, rename these), and they respond super quick over Alexa, and every single time, all four, every morning and every night for a week. Wow. Not just that, but another hue strip light that used to be a bit unreliable is super stable and responsive now because of zigbee, I have two new plugs near it. They make a nice soft click, it sounds lush. Nice. I’ve had them a week and if things change I’ll update here for sure. Thirdly, if you are sitting there thinking “oh no I don’t want to spend $50 on a hue hub”, well, you’re going to spend a whole lot more on wifi smart plugs that will drive you nuts. Fourthly, I’m no longer paranoid about changing my router because … zigbee controls my lights.

> 3 dayThis one has repurposed the bottom button to cycle through scenes, the top button is now on/off instead of only on/screen cycle. Much better experience.
