Greater than one weekThe switch is easily programmed by tethering either to a light bulb - or - by adding it to the app and programming everything over the phone once. Using the phone app, the Hue and power buttons can then even switch between different sceneries / modes. Which makes this really nice. Also - the remote can then work from anywhere in the house - which makes it even more interesting (and dangerous to chaos if you have multiple and switch them ;) ). All in all I really like this and bought even 2 more controls!

> 3 dayTitle says it all, Alexa splashed all over the place here, but it works great with Google too. All the Philips Hue stuff is unreasonably expensive - seriously. However! It does all work very well. I got this v2 dimmer switch and half a dozen light bulbs and a light strip for my house for Halloween and it was friggin sweet. The app is solid, works very well. Setting up the account online was dumb - had to disable the VPN on my phone (enabled by default cos Google Pixel phone uses the Google One VPN to secure my interwebs) cos it couldnt detect the bridge with it on. Once I figured that out, though, it found and connected it to my account quickly. The good thing about Hue products is they just work. Products are good quality. But damn do you pay for it. And Im an idiot so I plan to get more. Going for the Sync box and some lights for the TV. Cos pretty lights. Do it for the blinkies.

> 3 dayAlmost all the lights in my house are Hue, and are managed by Alexa, turn on... Or ...turn off... Rooms are living room, kitchen, guest room. I have a couple of visitors who cannot turn on or turn off anything. Even when I set up routines like Alexa, good morning. Ive had wifi switches that worked nicely, but when I went to get more, they were no longer made. So when Philips Hue came out with this switch, with the top button a simple on-off, and a pair of buttons for brighter or dimmer, I got a couple. Easy to set up, easy to stick to the wall, and does exactly what I want. Stuck next to the regular light switch, with A SIGN saying Push Top Button For Lights On/Off. So I got several more. Now I dont have to turn regular light switches back on after guests leave. The hardest part was figuring out what scenes to program into the bottom button when there are five options and one room only has three scenes. Yeah, the whole setup was easy.

> 3 dayI like it better than the new dial dimmer wall dimmer. Its simple. The dial while more aesthetic only provides an additional button function. Mounting is easy, the adhesive will rip the dry wall off when you remove it. Its easiest to just use tacks to pin the mounting plate and the unit is so lightweight itll stay up.

> 3 dayThis integrated super well with my Hue system and lots of options for controlling lights. Love the 4 separate switches that can be customized and the rotating dimmer knob. It IS pricey but for integration and control of the hue lights its very worth it. I am definitely finding myself using the physical buttons more than my app lately to control my lights! LOVE that theres both black and white to choose from and wish the other switches had similar color options.

> 3 dayI have several hue lights placed around my apartment, but there was no quick way to turn them all on/off when exiting and entering the apartment. It would always require taking out my phone to use the Hue app or calling out to Alexa to turn the lights on. Now, placing this right next to my doorway entry, I can simply turn on ALL of my lights with the touch of a button. Whereas previously, my light switch at the entrance was only connected to one outlet in the room. This has made my hue light experience SO much nicer and I cant believe it took me this long to realize that this product existed.

Greater than one weekWorks well. Sticks to the wall and the remote itself is magnetized, which is a really nice touch. The instructions are a little outdated however, but once I looked them up on hues website setup was very quick.

> 3 dayNeed a plug for a plug? This is the plug. Sync non hue lights to your hue vibes so you can control all of your lights from the Hue app. It’s a vibe; upgrade your plug.

Greater than one weekIn our house, some people prefer a physical switch still for turning the light on or off. This was our solution, it makes our smart lights dumb again and it’s perfect. We can still control by app or voice, but now we have a switch as well. No wiring needed and works great for those lamps that are difficult to get to anyways. We bought a second for another room and both have been working great with no issues.
