I prefer the color bulbs, but these bulb are the economical choice for sure. My lamp is a floor lamp and has 2 bulbs on the top. IT is nice because I programmed it with a Hue switch and put some routines on these bulbs. With 2 bulbs you get more color variations since they dont have to be the same warmth and intensity.

Work as youd expect it to work. The hue products are all a bit expensive but theyre also pretty hassle free, more so than some of the other smart home products Ive tried. Fair warning, if you install a bunch of these you could be doing firmware updates for the rest of your life.

Love love Hue bulbs! Pricey but worth every penny. Flawless!

I outfitted my home in the 2700K Hue A19 bulbs and I wish I had just spent the money on these tuneable ones, since now I am going back to replace the 2700K bulbs with these. I bought the 2700K bulbs because they did such a good job of replicating an incandescent lamp, but now that incandescent lamps are history Ive reached the conclusion that 3000-3500k white light is so much more pleasing.

Purchased as an upgrade to the current LIFX lights, these lights are able to be dimmed without having to go through your phone. The dimmer was also purchased with the lights Come on now, get with the program LIFX...

I spent an hour trying to get it to connect with no luck the instructions with the package as well as on the website did not work.

Love my new smart bulbs. They are working great with the hue bridge. No issues at all.
