Great little brushes

I like this set because anything that operates with batteries sooner or later develops an invisible film (sometimes visible) that interferes with the batterys contact in the circuit. Roughing up the surfaces with these scratch brushes has restored a flashlight, a pencil sharpener, and the remote control to our electric fireplace. Additionally, they have restored other battery operated devices that had extensive battery leakage and corrosion. You get a brass filament scratcher, a steel filament scratcher, and a fiberglass scratching element. I have used all three, depending on the situation. Very good product.

I use these to repair circuit boards. Nothing else will do the jobs of removing foreign objects, old flux etc.

Maybe the steel and brass pens are.. Ok.. Kinda.. But the fiberglass does nothing, Nothing at all. Wont even scratch a PCB. Youll regret the purchase if PCB solder mask removal is at all why you are purchasing,. GOOD LUCK.

I liked that there were refills in the package, and it seemed like a good value. I tried the brass one first and it seemed okay. The fiber brush, which was the reason I bought the set, immediately pushed out the back on the first pressure. I didnt get to scratch even once with it. I ended up buying a eurotool model - dont waste your money here, get the real thing. I returned this. At least their return process was fast and easy.

God quality and the versatility is excellent for my usage

Really useful little brushes. The bristles extend out about 1.5 inches for a softer brush, or keep it short for stiff bristles. Used it to clean some minor rust and it worked beautifully. Had a small problem with my order but seller responded right away & took care of the problem. Good product and excellent customer service. A+

The brass and steel are simply too soft to be useful for what you would use it for. The two stars were removed because I had to open all of them to clear out extra plastic in the threads otherwise they were impossible to use.
