Ordered the product, followed instructions end it didn’t work. Instructions with the product stressed that I don’t give bad reviews but to email them for help, they stated they could fix almost any problem. I emailed twice and got no reply.

Trash! This is a waste of money. It offers no help what so ever. Dont buy this. It is most definitely a waste of money.

I Lost power while resetting my labtop to factory setting and needed something to reboot from. Radix did it.
