This is absolutely the best gel ice pack. I have two of these. I just had knee replacement surgery on my left knee. I was given a gel pack from the hospital. I used it once but did not like it. I would recommend this to everyone who has a need for a gel ice pack for the knee. Five stars and beyond!!

Already had one of these and needed to get another. Now I can treat both knees at the same time. Didnt think twice about buying the same one as before. I love these and how well they stay in place.

Used only one time. It went on very easily but doesnt stay cold very long. I had it in the freezer for a couple of day so thought it would stay cold much longer. While it was cold, felt very good.

These have been wonderful for swollen knees. I put them on and they stay even if I move around a little. At night after a long day I feel such relief. After 20 to 30 minutes the inflammation goes down and I can sleep with limited pain.

This product works well, but it does not wrap around the entire knee. The picture makes it look like it does, but no. Other than that it works well.

My wife has a knee injury that will require surgery but until that time using this pack on her knee 3-4 times a day helps her to maintain her ability to walk. It’s very easy to apply and when she’s done with it they included a ziplock bag that it fits nicely into and it can just be tossed into the freezer.

Just had knee replacement surgery and these are perfect for icing. They stay cold for about 20 min which is how long I need to ice at one time. I like that they come in a 2 pack and each one has its own plastic bag to protect from puncture in the freezer. The Velcro straps are strong and plenty long to fit many size legs. They have a soft fabric side for direct skin contact. I flip over to the plastic side if I have pants on to maximize the icing. Great purchase, very happy with how they help.

I use this gel ice wrap to soothe knee pain and swelling after knee debridement. Excellent product.
