Wanted to move from a three ice-pack knee wrap to one that was larger and would fully wrap around my achy knee. This one does the trick - plus has two different sides depending on threshold for cold. I found it easy to use however it only lasts for about 2- minutes and then requires 4-6 hours to fully re-freeze (it never freezes solidly since its a gel) and use again. All in all a great value.

This thing is made very well and the color is great. I absolutely love it. I have a Lot of knee pain so this is exactly what I needed.

Sent it to my sister who is going for surgery for a torn meniscus. She was so happy to wear to bed and it helped her knee while sleeping.

I really was confused by the two sides having different materials, but it actually works really well - plastic if you have fabric between you and the ice pack, and fabric feel if you want to apply it directly to the skin. Velcro straps work for either side.

Love the 2 pack - recovery from knee surgery and this is perfect. Use one while other one in freezer. The Velcro is great and hold the ice packs in place. Only comment is feel like they get cold but don’t stay cold as long. Gave 4 stars as this is well made and they stay in place. And way better than using ziplock bags of ice. Would recommend.

This ice pack helps knees that are swollen and in pain. It stays on if you walk around. Good product.

These ice wraps are the greatest! I got a pair so that one can be getting cold again in the freeze while I use the other. They are perfect for wrapping legs and the velcro-tipped straps would probably stretch to position it against the hip. While the cold doesnt last quite as long as with some thicker gel packs, they do refreeze quickly and the design allows the pack to conform to the body much more effectively than other gel packs I have used. Plus the straps--about 2 in. wide--are soft and stretchy.
