I like that it covers the entire knee, but its not as cold as I would like it to be. I guess because of the blue ice. Overall, good product.

It wrap around the knee perfectly. It doesnt freeze completely, so you can roll it to store in the feezer and save space. Good to help reduce swelling and pain.

I have had joint problems for 9 years and have always relied on basic ice packs or bags of ice to do ice therapy on my knees. This is a game changer though. It’s comfortable, conforms to the knee, and gets cold pretty quickly. Overall a great purchase.

Love the soft velvety side--cool packs are not fully solid so able to bend slightly, but very cold! Lasting, too; set a timer! Stays on well with movement too. Should have bought years ago....

Leg ice pack works good

I really hurt my R knee and needed something to hold ice gel pack on my knee; just so it was tighter and touching more of my knee than just laying a pack on my knee; these work GREAT!!!! I highly recommend them and an so glad I bought 2 at one time!!!!

I recently had knee surgery and have needed to ice my knee constantly. I like the fact that it is reversible. It has a felt/soft side and also a plastic side. You can use it directly on the skin with the soft side and over a compression brace with the plastic side. It does not take long for it to refreeze.

The cold doesn’t last more than 20 min but easy to put on
